Noka no Self Plate (Farmer's Self-Serve Plate Buffet)

This time, my wife and INoka no Self Plate (Farmer's Self-Serve Plate) (1,900 yen)” I asked.

The buffet menu includes raw vegetables, grilled vegetables, fried vegetables, soup, curry, and rice.

This time, I didn't order additional fried chicken because I wanted to enjoy the vegetables.

Let's get it then.

1st round

For the time being, I've included the things that caught my eye, or rather, I've included almost all of them.

Raw vegetables included kale, tomatoes, carrots, soybeans, and onions (early red).

You can tell it's fresh by the crunchy texture of the kale and the crispy skin of the tomatoes.

The grilled vegetables were cabbage and potatoes, and the fried vegetables were green beans.

The cabbage is moist and seasoned with a soy sauce base, the potatoes are grilled as is, and the green beans are seasoned with dashi-like ingredients such as bonito flakes.

Raw vegetables are delicious, but I think they taste better when they are slightly cooked.

Carbohydrates include curry, toast, and pasta, and I tried all of them.

The toast and pasta are relatively close to the taste of the ingredients, and the curry has a sweet seasoning.

The miso soup was based on white miso and had lots of vegetables in it, and the sweetness of the vegetables came out well.

2nd round

As for the raw vegetables, I only served kale and tomatoes.

I don't often eat kale at home, and I don't eat tomatoes raw either, so I try to get some nutritional support that I can only do at times like this.

The first plate given to you will continue to be used during your stay and cannot be exchanged.

3rd round

On the first round, I served a plate of fried green beans, which was delicious.

After all, it tastes better when it's on fire. .

4th round

Lastly, I added kale and cabbage.

I chose Caesar for the dressing, but it's great that there are so many different types of dressing that you can change the flavor even though the base vegetables are the same.

It's the 4th round and I'm really full, so that's it.

Impressions and Rating

Although the impression is that it basically comes from the taste of the ingredients, the crunchy texture suggests that the vegetables on sale are fresh.

You can consume a large amount of vegetables, which are usually in short supply, so I feel like I ate about a week's worth of vegetables in this one meal.

Lunch costs just under 2,000 yen, which is expensive, but considering it's an all-you-can-eat option, I don't think it's that bad.

However, even though it's an all-you-can-eat buffet, there aren't many items, so I think it's better to eat everything on the first round, and repeat the delicious dishes on the second round.

It looks like I ate a lot, but since it's basically vegetables, I feel bloated, but I think it's low in calories, so I think it's good in the sense of an all-you-can-eat buffet that doesn't make you feel guilty.

I would like to visit again to replenish my vegetable supply.

Overall: ★★★★★★★☆☆☆ (7/10)
Taste: ★★★★★★★☆☆☆ (7/10)
Cost performance: ★★★★★★☆☆☆☆ (6/10)
Revisit: ★★★★★★★★☆☆☆ (7/10)
