This is my first time introducing it on this blog, but I had it a few years ago.

I connected around 5:40pm and there were 3 people outside and 7 people waiting inside.

It's Golden Week according to the calendar, but even if it's not, it's a popular store that always has a line.

It's within walking distance from Akihabara and Okachimachi, making it an easy place to stop by after shopping or drinking.

Although it is inevitable that there will be a line, if you like Iekei Ramen, this is a restaurant you should visit at least once.

Ordering and Payment

Ordering method: Meal ticket system
Payment method: cash only

Ramen + flavored egg + half-cooked rice + Kinmugi

This time, “Ramen (950 yen)』、『Flavored egg (100 yen)』、『Han Tamago Mabushi (Half Egg Rice) (150 yen)』、『Kinmugi (300 yen)” I ordered.

Your favorite ramen is ``Hard” I asked for it only.

So let's have it.

Kinmugi

Before the ramen arrives, first of all,Kinmugi (300 yen)".

It's unusual to have Kinmugi, which is not a beer, but a third type of beer.

Both the glass and the liquid are well chilled.

It's nice to be able to eat a lot of it.

Otsumami Chashu (Chashu Appetizer)

When you order Kinmugi,Otsumami Chashu (Chashu Appetizer)”.

A combination of seaweed and chashu.

Sprinkle mayo on top and enjoy it hand-rolled.

This is a nice snack.

If this comes with the 300 yen Kinmugi, I'm pretty satisfied.

It's perfect for a quick drink before the ramen arrives.

Soup

The ramen bowl was served in about 5 minutes after arriving at Kinmugi.

You can feel the strong flavor of pork bones and chicken.

It's a soup where you can feel the flavor of the soup stock, but you can feel the flavor of the soup stock.

When I ate it a few years ago, I ordered it with a strong flavor, and at that time I felt it was too salty, but this time I ordered it normally and it had just the right amount of salt.

Considering the balance between the thickness of the soup stock and the flavor, I personally found it to be normal enough.

It has the strength typical of Odo-ya Direct Line, but is also delicious.

Noodles

The noodles are made to order.

It has a slightly core texture.

It's hard as ordered.

The hardness remains until the end, and the impression is that you can feel the wheat from beginning to end.

However, if it remains this hard, it might be okay to use normal next time.

I would also like to try the soft order.

The soup is so rich that I think it would go well with soft noodles.

Chashu (Braised Pork)

The chashu is smoky.

There's some smokiness, but it's not that strong.

Lately I've been not liking smoky char siew, so I'm glad it's not too strong.

It has a meaty texture and has the presence of Iekei ramen.

Flavored egg

It is moderately half-boiled.

The runny texture of the yolk is also nice.

I appreciate that you can add it for 100 yen.

However, if you order half-cooked rice, you may not need the seasoned egg.

It has a little bit of egg element to it.

Han Tamago Mabushi (Half Egg Rice)

『Han Tamago Mabushi (Half Egg Rice) (150 yen)”.

On top of the rice is a sandwich egg, which is to say mayo and egg.

I think it's a good deal considering that regular half rice costs 100 yen and you can get an egg on top for 50 yen.

In the second half, we will have endless garlic and mayonnaise on the table.

Iekei ramen soup, egg, mayo, garlic, and rice.

There's no way it's not delicious.

However, if you combine it with the flavored egg, there will be a bit more egg, so you might be able to use either one next time.

Impressions and Rating

Oh my, it was delicious.

It's inevitable that there will be a line, but I think it's worth it.

The soup is very strong, with the rich flavor of pork bones and chicken.

Previously, I ordered it on the strong side and was under the impression that it had a lot of salt, but this time it was normal and it was just right.

I asked for the noodles to be hard, but next time I would like to try normal or soft noodles.

Ramen is delicious, but rice and infinite garlic are also delicious.

This is a restaurant you'll want to visit again when you have a drink in Akihabara or Okachimachi.
