Located in ToyosuAoyuzu Tora Toyosu” I visited.
The situation at the time of my last visit was ``here』

This is a restaurant on the 1st floor of Toyosu Forestia where you can enjoy fish-based set meals.
Toyosu is also a business district, so I get the impression that it is quite crowded during lunchtime on weekdays.
This time I visited on a Saturday around 13:20.
One change from last time was that refills of rice were free only on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
However, you can only get one refill of rice or miso soup.
Last time, I thought there were too many side dishes compared to the amount of rice, so this is a nice change.

Gindara to Tempura Teishoku (Black Cod and Tempura Set Meal)
This time, “Set meal of Gindara (Black Cod) and Tempura (1,580 yen)” I ordered.
I ordered the same menu last time.
A set meal that comes with Gindara (Black Cod)'s Saikyoyaki, Tempura, Arajiru (Fish Head and Bone Miso Soup), rice, a small side dish, and Tsukemono (Japanese Pickles).
So let's have it.
Gindara (Black Cod)
First of all,Gindara no Saikyo-yaki (Miso-Marinated Grilled Black Cod)”.
It's a specialty of this restaurant, and it's delicious.
There is no odor.
It also has plenty of fat.
The taste of Saikyoyaki miso is also moderate.
It doesn't feel like the miso is too strong and obliterates the flavor of Gindara (Black Cod), but it gives the impression that it takes advantage of the fat and flavor of Gindara (Black Cod).
The meal is going well.
After all, I feel that eating Gindara (Black Cod) is the correct answer for Aoyuzu Tora.
Tempura
This is Tempura.
The contents are shishito peppers, eggplant, shrimp, and squid.
Shishito peppers have a nice bitterness.
The eggplant is melt-in-the-mouth.
The shrimp are crispy.
Last time, I had the impression that it had a slightly rubbery texture.
However, this time there was an improvement.
The texture was better than last time, and I was able to enjoy it as usual.
By adding Tempura, the satisfaction level as a set meal will increase considerably.
On the other hand, Gindara (Black Cod) alone makes the meal, so the volume of the side dish is quite large.
Arajiru (Fish Head and Bone Miso Soup)
This is Arajiru (Fish Head and Bone Miso Soup).
You can really feel the flavor of the fish.
It seems best to eat this while it's still warm.
As it gets warmer, I have the impression that the smell becomes more noticeable.
As long as it's still warm, you can fully enjoy the flavor of the fish.
I'm glad that Arajiru (Fish Head and Bone Miso Soup) can be refilled.
However, as far as I checked this time, I was only given one refill of rice and miso soup.
Gohan (Rice)
It's dinner.
It is cooked to a normal level.
Large portions are free.
Last time, I felt that the rice was a little insufficient compared to the amount of side dishes.
This time, I was very grateful that I got free refills on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
There are many elements that make the rice go better, such as Gindara (Black Cod), Tempura, and Arajiru (Fish Head and Bone Miso Soup), so I think that one cup is not enough for many people.
However, you can only get a refill once.
Still, it's nice to be able to get a refill for free.
small bowl
It's a small bowl.
Last time it was cold tofu, but this time it was changed to hijiki.
The small bowls are not fixed and seem to change depending on the day.
Hijiki is normal.
However, it is sufficient as a small bowl for a set meal.
Enjoy between Gindara (Black Cod) and Tempura.
Pickles
This is Tsukemono (Japanese Pickles).
This is also normal.
It's enough to serve as a side dish to a set meal.
While eating well with Gindara (Black Cod) and Tempura, I reset my palate a little with Tsukemono (Japanese Pickles).
Impressions and Rating
『Aoyuzu Tora Toyosu” and “Gindara to Tempura Teishoku (Black Cod and Tempura Set Meal)” I received it.
Very satisfying for lunch.
Gindara (Black Cod)'s Saikyoyaki is a specialty, and it's delicious.
There is no smell, there is plenty of fat, and the taste of Saikyoyaki miso is just right.
It also comes with Tempura, so there are quite a lot of side dishes.
You may have noticed it last time, but it has been improved this time.
Also, a major change from last time is that on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays only, you can get a free refill of rice and Arajiru (Fish Head and Bone Miso Soup) (one time only).
It's really nice that you can get one refill of rice for the size of this side dish.
When I want to eat a fish-based set meal in Toyosu, this restaurant will continue to be a candidate.
