As the name suggests, it is in a prime location right in front of, or rather directly connected to, Seibu Chichibu Station.
sauna
The sauna is a large sauna with a TV like The Super Sento.
Although it is different from the image, sauna mats for one person are laid out alternately in the front, back, left and right in the sauna room like a checkerboard pattern, and you sit where the sauna mats are.
The sauna mat is quite thin, and it does get a little wet from the sweat of the person in front of you.
If you are concerned about this, I think it would be a good idea to bring your own sauna mat.
The sauna has three levels, and on the first level, you can feel the outside air by opening and closing the door.
The impression is that the second stage is normal, and the third stage is quite hot.
As expected, the third row is the most popular, so many people started by sitting on the first or second row and moved to the third row when it became available.
I visited around 6pm, and depending on the timing, it was sometimes full and I had to give up.
Although the power was weak, autoroll was also performed.

The water bath is visible in the back of the image.
It's a size that can accommodate around 4 people comfortably.
The temperature is around 18℃.

There were only two tall chairs in the indoor bath, two chairs in the open-air bath (I think...), and a bench, so it didn't seem like there were that many.
There are times when the sauna room is so crowded that you can't enter, so depending on the time of the day, it might be full.
bath
Since it is a super public bath, there are many types of baths.
Please note that towel rental is an additional charge (300 yen).
Rather than renting towels at the reception desk, you can purchase or rent them from a vending machine.
I thought this was interesting because I bought it from a vending machine where you enter a number to buy things like paper cartons of juice.
Indoor bath
I think the indoor bath is relatively spacious.
High concentration artificial carbonated spring
It certainly feels like it's highly concentrated, to the point where bubbles form on my body.
Although the water is lukewarm, the carbonic acid will warm your body.
silk bath
The bubbles are even smaller, so it looks white and cloudy.
jet bath
If you like jets, go for it.
open-air bath
There is a large open-air bath.
Is the floor material prickly? Personally, I'm concerned that the soles of my feet are starting to hurt as I go back and forth during my post-sauna break.
Rock bath (hot spring)
Natural hot springs are used.
I think it's a waste that the size of the bath itself isn't that big.
Hanamiyu
I think this is probably the main bath in terms of size.
It is also lit up in the evening.
Also, the type of hot water seems to change depending on the season.
That's fine, so I think they should turn this place into a natural hot spring. .
Nekorobi-yu
You bathe while sleeping, but about half of your body comes out of the hot water, so it was a bit cold on a February evening. .
Tsuboyu
This is the type of bath that one person can take.
It was always crowded and I couldn't use it.
reclining space
There was also a reclining space.
It looks like a one-person sofa with a TV, and is the type often found in sauna facilities.
There was also a place to lie down on tatami mats.
There seemed to be a semi-private room type available for a fee.
There is an additional charge (300 yen) for wearing clothes inside the facility.
If you are staying for a long time, you will probably want to rent clothes for the hotel and spend your time in the reclining space.
There were also other massages available.
Chichibuyu Daidokoro (restaurant)
There is a restaurant inside Matsuri no Yukan.
This time I had a quick drink here, so I'd like to introduce it to you.
First of all,Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer)' will quench your thirst after sauna or bath.
I like whiskey enough to participate in whiskey events, but after taking a bath or sauna, I only drink beer.

During the Chichibu Whiskey Festival, there were many roadside shops and food stalls selling motsu stew, and I wanted to try it, but I refrained from eating it during the event because I feared it would affect my taste buds.
Now that the event has ended, please feel free to accept it.
Next, Chichibu's specialty ``Warajikatsu” cutlet only.
There was still about 2 hours until the express train, so I thought I might eat something after that, so I decided to just have the cutlet without rice.
Food court/Kakuuchi/Souvenir shop
It's not inside the Matsuri no Yu building, so you'll need to visit before entering or after leaving the building, but there is also a food court, corner store, and souvenir shop in the same building.
You can also enjoy Chichibu specialties such as miso potatoes and waraji katsu at the food court.
You can enjoy Chichibu sake at the Kakuuchi corner.
Chichibu is also a place where a variety of alcoholic beverages are produced, including whisky, sake, wine, and beer, so you can enjoy Chichibu's famous sake.
I think the souvenir shop has a wide selection of Chichibu souvenirs.
I also wanted to buy some souvenirs before heading home, but when I arrived after 8pm to coincide with the limited express train, it was closed and I couldn't buy anything. .
The food court, corner store, and souvenir shop all close relatively early, closing at 6:30 pm on weekdays and 7:30 pm on weekends and holidays, so be sure to pay close attention to their opening hours.
Others
There are some great deals and discounts available, such as the Chichibu Manyu Ticket, which includes train fare and Matsuri-no-Yu entrance fee, so it might be a good idea to research in advance.
Overall Assessment
If you're evaluating the sauna itself, it's of the type commonly found in super public baths, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're just going for the sauna.
If you are visiting Chichibu, I recommend visiting here as a last fun thing to do before returning home.
After enjoying Chichibu to the fullest, there is a tradition of taking a bath, sweating, eating food and drinking alcohol, and then buying souvenirs and heading home, so don't hesitate to follow this trend.
