Hitachino Brewing Tokyo Yaesu
『Motsuyaki Jinbee Kawasaki storeAfter drinking at ``, I was full, so I decided to head back towards Tokyo.

The Ueno-Tokyo Line stops at Shinagawa, Shinbashi, Tokyo, Ueno, etc. from Kawasaki.
I thought I would get off at any of these four stations and have another drink, but the one I chose was the usual Tokyo station.
It took about 17 minutes from Kawasaki to Tokyo Station, and although my fullness had recovered somewhat, I still hadn't recovered enough to eat anything.
If that's the case, there's no problem with just drinking alcohol.Hitachino Brewing Tokyo Yaesu” I decided to visit.

Craft beer with an owl label, ``Hitachino Nest Beer” This is a shop.

There is a food menu, but since it is a beer bar, there are no strange appetizers, and there is no problem if you only drink alcohol.
The store is located when you exit Tokyo Station's Yaesu Central Exit and take the escalator to the upper floor.
Tokyo Station is a huge maze, so it may be difficult to visit for those who are not used to it. .
There are both chair seats and standing seats inside the store.
Since I don't order food, I just sit there and take advantage of it.
1st cup: Weizen
First of all, the first cup is ``Weizen (regular size: 750 yen)” was selected.
It's white beer.
I feel a gorgeous fruity and slightly grassy nuance.
I feel like the flavor is a little bland, but I think it's the perfect flavor for the first cup.
Payment will be made for each order.
Since it's at Tokyo Station, I was able to use not only Suica, but also credit cards and various electronic money.
2nd glass: Hinomaru Whiskey Signiture1823
Hitachino Nest Beer is produced by Kiuchi Sake Brewery.
Kiuchi Sake Brewery originally produced Nihonshu (Sake), and from there they produce a variety of alcoholic beverages such as beer and gin.
They also make whiskey, and their brand is ``hinomaru whiskey”.

This time, “Hinomaru Whiskey Signiture1823 (1,300 yen)” was selected.
This barley is partially made with barley produced in Hitachino (areas such as Ushiku, Naka, and Tsukuba in Ibaraki Prefecture).
I think it's similar to local barley, which uses barley produced locally at the distillery.
You can choose how to drink it, such as a highball, but this time I asked for it straight.
On the palate, I felt a gorgeous nuance reminiscent of flowers and a bitterness.
The finish has a nutty and slightly tropical element.
I think it has been aged for a short time, so I felt a bit of an alcohol attack.
When I added a little water, it became sweeter, but the harshness of the alcohol stood out.
I think that as it ages, it loses its harshness and the tropical elements become more prominent, so I'd like to see a release of a 5 or 8 year old version.
Impressions
Just use it quickly and you're done.
The bill for one beer and one whiskey was 2,050 yen.
Hitachino Nest Beer is the only brand of beer to choose from, but there are many other types such as Weizen and Pale Ale.
This time I ordered a single item, but there are also tasting sets of three types, so there are many ways to enjoy them.
It's good to use it quickly, and I think it's also good to order food and stay longer.
There is a bench outside the shop, so if the weather is nice, it would be a good idea to take it out and drink it on the bench.
