Menya Makoto
After arriving in Shizuoka, I visited a bar that caught my eye.
We had a lot of drinks, including whiskey, rum, and liqueurs.
I'm starting to get pretty drunk, so I decide to call it a night instead of going to the second restaurant. .
So, there was a nearby ``Menya Makoto”.

I visited around 19:30, and there were a few customers in the store, so I was able to be seated without waiting.
dried sardines ramen
There is a food ticket system, and you purchase it at the food ticket machine located right after entering the entrance.
The only payment method was cash.
This time, “Dried sardines ramen (880 yen)” was selected.
I was asked if I wanted half rice to be served, so as someone who is growing up and wants to eat a lot, I asked for it.
The rice bowl was served in about 5 minutes after handing over the ticket.
Let's get it then.
Soup
The cement-colored appearance suggests that a large amount of dried sardines were used.
The taste of dried sardines hits your mouth.
I don't feel any unpleasant parts such as the smell of dried sardines or harshness.
The kaeshi is made with Ishiri (squid fish sauce), one of Japan's three major fish sauces, and has a different flavor than dried sardines.
It contains chopped onions, which give it a rich flavor and give it a crunchy texture.
Noodles
Thin noodle straight type.
It has a crisp and crisp texture.
Chashu (Braised Pork)
The chashu is rare and has a juicy taste without being dry.
Since it's rare, it has a strong meaty texture, so I think everyone has their own tastes.
Han Rice (Half Rice)
I think it's a little different from the soup that goes well with rice like Iekei.
It's not extremely salty, and when I was thinking about how to eat it, I tried eating it with Nibo garlic, which is a dish that is used to change the taste of ramen.
With a flavor of dried sardines and a hint of garlic, this goes well with rice.
Impressions
Dried sardines.
It was an overwhelming sardine.
It was so good that I couldn't help but drink it all.
If you like dried sardines, you can't go wrong with visiting.
Please note that every Thursday "dried sardines ramen” has been discontinued and replaced with “Mackerel ramen (850 yen)” will be sold.
It is said that they use dried mackerel, which is something I am concerned about as a mackerel lover, but please be careful if you are visiting for dried sardines.
If you don't like dried sardines or seafood-based soups, tryAbura soba (700 yen)Don't worry, we have menus other than dried sardines and seafood, such as
``Abura Soba'' is a famous restaurant.BubukaI took a quick look at the notice board in the store and what other people were ordering, and it looked delicious as well.

『BubukaThe restaurant is so famous that it sells cup ramen supervised by the shop, and I'm sure you've seen or eaten this cup ramen at least once.
It's open until 9:00 pm and closes relatively early in the downtown area, so it's perfect for a regular lunch or dinner, or as a finishing touch if you've had a drink a little early.
