I visited Bamiyan because there was a half-price alcohol campaign and a continuation of the Taiwan Fair (ending on October 23, 2024).
Bamiyan is uniquely located in the area where I live now and the area I used to live in, so it feels like it's been over 10 years since I last visited. .

I'm usually a bottled beer person, but sometimes draft beer isn't bad either.
After finishing the first glass, I ordered two at the same time since I was going to drink it anyway.

The gyoza skin gives a strong impression of being thick, giving the impression of frozen gyoza, but I don't think it's that bad.
For 139 yen (153 yen including tax) for 6 pieces, I can't complain.
Oachen

Oachen is an oyster omelet.
The eggs were hard and there were four small oysters, but the oysters had a strong flavor so they had a presence.
Well, I guess it's not bad.

Spiciness level 1-2 is free, but level 3 requires an additional charge.
The ingredients included cabbage, spinach, dumplings, pork, tomatoes, goji berries, shrimp, and carrots.
I get the impression that the vegetables were cooked until they were completely knackered.
The soup was spicy, and I set it to a spiciness level of 3, but since I have a certain tolerance for spiciness, I found it to be about the spicy level.
In terms of spiciness, it gives the impression of being curry-like, and when you eat medicinal soups at a spicy soup restaurant, you may get a curry-like feeling.
It might be a good idea to recreate this at a family restaurant.
The vermicelli is similar to Danmyeon and has a chewy texture.

The gyoza felt like frozen food, but I think the spicy soup was good.
I would like to see Malayu become a regular menu rather than a limited time menu.
