Although it was a Saturday, I visited during neither lunch nor dinner, so there was no line.
A fast pass called SuiSui has been introduced, so you can eat without waiting by paying an additional 500 yen on top of your food and drink bill.

Although it is a meal ticket system, I appreciate that you can use credit cards and electronic money in addition to cash.
If you are standing in line, a staff member will come to collect your ticket.
If there is an order for the degree of boiling of the noodles (hard or soft, etc.), this will be done at this stage.
Calling for vegetables such as vegetable and garlic will be done at the time of serving, so we will not call them at this stage.
If there is no line, go to your seat after purchasing your ticket.

Sho Ramen (Small Ramen)
最近二郎欲というか豚山がどうしても食べたくて訪問しました。
冬限定の『miso mountain』も悩みどころでしたが、今回は定番の『小ラーメン（1,050円）” I ordered.
The small size is the normal size, and the amount of noodles is 250g, which is about the same amount as Omori (Large Portion) at a normal ramen shop.
For those who eat less, the 125g ``Mini ramen (950 yen)”, for those who are big eaters, 375g of “Large ramen (1,100 yen)”, and for those who are bigger eaters, 125g each “Extra noodles (100 yen)” You can increase the number.

As for how to make a call, there is a notice posted at your seat, so I think it would be a good idea to refer to it.
It doesn't have the brutal atmosphere that is typical of the Jiro/Jiro line, so if you make a mistake with the call, the staff will not help you, so feel free to call your favorite call.
However, I think it's a good idea to put on earphones and avoid concentrating too much on your smartphone once you're guided to your seat.

Yasai + Abura (Vegetables + Pork Back Fat)
Yasai is bean sprouts and cabbage, and the ratio is about 8:2 to 7:3, which is a relatively large amount of cabbage.
The doneness of boiling is just right, which is my personal favorite texture.
アブラと一緒に食べるアブラサラダとして頂くとより美味しく感じます。
卓上にカエシがあるので、適量をかけると塩味を感じます。
まぁドレッシング的な役割ですね。
Soup
この日は豚感が強くスープに出ていて、直系二郎を彷彿とさせるような味わいがありました。
豚山はチェーン店ではありますが、若干ブレがあります。
今回は上にブレましたが、ここ何回かは上ブレに当たることが多く、味を変えているのかもしれません。
Noodles
These noodles have a stable and chewy texture.
小麦の味わいが強くなった印象です。
前回も強かったので、味が変わったのであれば良い変化ではあります。
pig
ブタは安定のホロホロ食感の神ブタです。
一時的はブレていたときもありましたが、ここ最近はホロホロとした食感とカエシも適度に染みていて安定した味わいです。
Impressions and Rating
豚山美味しかったです。
この日は特に上にブレていたということもあり、満足感の高い1杯でした。
無事に豚山を摂取できて満足です。
次回は提供されている間に味噌山を食べに訪問したいところです。
ちなみに今回で通算22回目の訪問でした。
