Tamachi Ecchan Ramen
『Ramen Jiro Mita HontenAfter visiting ``, I decided to take a short break at a cafe.

I don't visit Tamachi very often, so since I've been there, I'd like to try one more restaurant I'd like to visit.
I took a break for about 30 minutes to an hour, and now that I have a little more room in my stomach,Tamachi Ecchan Ramen”.

I am personally addicted to ``Chan-kei” This is a shop.
By the way, there is also ``Ecchan ramen” is there.

『Ramen Jiro Mita Honten”The store is located at the Mita exit of Tamachi station, and the store is on the opposite side of the Shibaura exit.
It is located on the 1st floor of Nagisa Terrace, which has a deck that extends from the station and has a series of restaurants as soon as you get off the ground.
I visited during the peak lunch time of 12:00.
There was a line to buy food tickets, so I was prepared to wait for a while, but I was able to get in without waiting as the restaurant was full.
Chinese noodles + rice
With the food ticket system, you purchase at the food ticket machine immediately after entering the store.
In addition to cash, transportation ICs and various QR codes were accepted as payment methods.
When visiting a store for the first time, the most orthodox ``Chuka Soba (Chinese-Style Ramen)”, so as always, select “Chinese noodles (950 yen)” was selected.
『Chan-kei” of “Chuka Soba (Chinese-Style Ramen)' to 'Meshi” is a must, so “Meshi (150 yen)” was also selected.
The rice bowl is served in about 5 minutes after handing over the ticket.
Let's get it then.
Soup
The soup has the richness of pork, but the soy sauce isn't very effective, giving it the impression of salt ramen.
I'm someone who wants the soy sauce to be strong, so this was a little different from my preference.
Noodles
The noodles are the usual Daruma noodles.
It has a smooth slurping sensation.
When I looked closely, I got the impression that the noodles were flat and narrow, making them thicker.
Chashu (Braised Pork)
The texture is chewy and the meat has a strong flavor.
I think some people may perceive the flavor of this meat as a smell.
I think the serving of char siu is at the same level as char siu noodles at a typical ramen restaurant.
However, ``Chan-kei” I felt that there was a little less than that.
Meshi
『Meshi' had a lot of water content and was a little sticky.
I like my rice to be cooked on the firmer side, so this was not to my liking.
There is often kappa (pickled cucumber) on the table.Chan-kei'However, this shop did not have any pickles.
Lastly, I topped it with green onions that had become a little mushy from the soup, which I personally love, and then stirred them in and enjoyed the meal.
Impressions
The soy sauce is not very effective in the soup, andMeshiThe doneness of cooking was a little off to my liking.
What about the amount?
``Chuka Soba (Chinese-Style Noodles) (950 yen) + Meshi (150 yen) total of 1,100 yen'' seems expensive for a ``Chankei''.
Tamachi is in Minato Ward and is close to the station, so I think there are some things that can't be helped because of the rent. .
It would be nice if this was what I liked, but it's a little different from what I like, so I feel the price is even more expensive.
Tsukemen (Dipping Noodles) style “Mori Chuka (Dipping Noodles) (1,050 yen)”, but next to it is “ColdMori Chuka (Dipping Noodles) Taro-chanThere is a store called ”, and this one caught my attention.

It seems to be the same management company, but this is ``Channoren Association”, so although Chanya Mori Chuka (Dipping Noodles) has the store name, “Chan-kei'It doesn't seem to be the case. .
I'm getting more and more concerned. .
I think I'll try hopping between these two next time. . !?
I said a lot of things, but ``Chan-kei” I don't like it, but I think it's delicious as a regular ramen.
So, if you are having trouble finding lunch in Tamachi, please try visiting.
