As the menu name suggests, the oysters are chunky, but even though the price is around 400 yen, there are 9 oysters in the package.
It is sprinkled with potato starch to prevent it from becoming smaller, making it look like Tatsuta-age.
The oysters themselves have a strong, strong oyster flavor.
I thought that the taste of oysters in this low price range would be scary, but my fears were unfounded; the oysters were delicious and had no odor.
Otsumami (Snacks) is good for beer because it has a strong taste of oysters and a strong taste of soy sauce and butter.
If your mouth starts to feel heavy due to its strong flavor, refresh it with mizuna and onions and you can keep eating as much as you want.
