"Fukuyoshi" is a chain store that serves ramen and set meals, often located inside large commercial facilities such as Viva Home. Although it's located in a food court, it's unique in that you can enjoy solid Chinese cuisine and set menus at reasonable prices.

There are 3 seats, one at the counter and one at a table for two, so I think it's safe to have at most two people if you want to use it.

This restaurant's menu mainly consists of ramen, but they also have some set menus.
On this day, I was in the mood for rice rather than noodles, so...Yasai Itame Teishoku (Stir-Fried Vegetable Set Meal) (990 yen)” was selected.
And then, “Yaki Gyoza (Pan-Fried Dumplings)6 pieces” was normally 400 yen, but it was on sale for 300 yen, so I chose that as well.
When I handed in my meal ticket, I was given a bell, and after about 5 minutes the bell rang, so I went to pick it up.
I heard that gyoza takes a little time to make, but it only takes about 5 minutes, so I don't think it's a problem.
It's a little early for lunch, but if you're in a hurry, I think it's best to avoid ordering Yaki Gyoza (Pan-Fried Dumplings) during peak lunch hours.
The composition of Yasai Itame Teishoku (Stir-Fried Vegetable Set Meal) is Yasai Itame (Stir-Fried Vegetables), rice, soup, and pickles.

Yasai Itame (Stir-Fried Vegetables)
The ingredients are very rich, including pork belly, bean sprouts, cabbage, onions, carrots, bamboo shoots, and wood ear mushrooms.
Because it is thoroughly stir-fried in a wok, it has an impressive overall crispy texture.
I was impressed by the fact that the vegetables were cooked neither too strongly nor too weakly, and the texture remained strong.
The seasoning is soy sauce-based, and although it is a little light, it goes well with the rice.
The richness of the oil is just right, and even though it's in a food court, you can still feel the flavor of Chinese cuisine.
Gohan (Rice)
Gohan (Rice) is for normal cooking.
If you order a large size, it costs an extra 150 yen, which is a bit expensive, so I decided to stick with the regular size.
Soup
The soup is as light as it looks.
Yaki Gyoza (Pan-Fried Dumplings)
If I can get an additional 150 yen for a large serving of rice, I'm willing to pay an additional 150 yen and eat Gyoza (Dumplings).
Yaki Gyoza (Pan-Fried Dumplings) has a normal thickness of skin and a crispy texture on both the grilled and wrapped sides.
The filling is well-kneaded, and the taste is a good balance of meat and vegetables.
At best, these words come to mind, but to put it simply, it's just ordinary gyoza.
Impressions and Rating
I received Fukuyoshi, Yasai Itame Teishoku (Stir-Fried Vegetable Set Meal) and Yaki Gyoza (Pan-Fried Dumplings).
For a Chinese restaurant in a food court, I got the impression that the food was well-cooked, and I especially felt that the Yasai Itame (Stir-Fried Vegetables) was well-done.
Even though it's a chain restaurant, you can tell that the restaurant takes great care in frying, making use of the heat, and preserving the texture of the vegetables.
On the other hand, the seasoning itself is relatively standard and does not have a strong impact.
However, it is easy for anyone to eat, and there is a sense of security that it is easy to use regularly.
Similarly, Gyoza (Dumplings) does not have any outstanding features, but considering the price, it is quite satisfactory, and it seems to be a good value especially when it is on sale.
At lunch time, all the restaurants in Toyosu are crowded and there are some with long lines, but this restaurant is relatively easy to get into.
In particular, Viva Home has popular stores such as Marugame Seimen, Hama Sushi, and Saizeriya, and Fukuyoshi is a relatively minor chain, so I think it's easy to get into.
Still, it's a relatively stable taste, so I think it's possible in that sense.
