This time, “TableCheckI bought a Fastpass and visited.

You can make reservations in 30-minute increments from 12:00 to 13:30, and I purchased the time slot from 13:30 and visited.

I visited around 13:20, and there were 4 people waiting at that time, but since I have a FastPass, I can skip the 4 people waiting and enter the store.

Please note that there is a fee of 390 yen for FastPass.

Also, since it's a FastPass, you may have to wait a while even if you visit at the designated time.

Also, there are often about 5 people in line, so I think it's easy to visit even without a Fastpass.

Ordering and Payment

Ordering method: Meal ticket system
Payment method: Cashless (credit card, various electronic money, QR code payment)

Please note that cash cannot be used as it is completely cashless.

Menu

The menu is about what toppings to put on the soy sauce ramen.

There is also a rice menu, but it was already sold out that day.

Grilled pork Ajitama (Seasoned Egg) soy sauce ramen

This time, I chose the one with the most toppings.Grilled pork Ajitama (Seasoned Egg) Soy sauce ramen (2,000 yen)” was selected.

I bought a fast pass (390 yen), so the total cost was 2,390 yen.

The rice bowl was served in about 5 minutes after handing over the ticket.

Let's get it then.

Soup

You can really feel the flavor of the chicken from both the fat and the stock.

A gentle sweetness from the vegetables lingers in the finish.

Kaeshi has a slightly sour taste, but I get the impression that it gets better in the second half.

However, it goes well with the dish, but even though it's chicken, the flavor of the meat, the sweetness of the vegetables, and the maple give it a sukiyaki-like impression.

Noodles

The noodles are straight type and have a dark wheat color.

When you bite into it, it has a chewy texture and just the right amount of firmness.

It's also great that they take the meal ticket and cut the noodles before boiling them.

Chashu (Braised Pork)

Is it the loin part?

It has a firm and chewy texture.

The flavor is strong, but I wonder if it feels special. . I don't think there are many.

Menma

It has a strong texture and deep flavor, and has a strong presence.

Flavored egg

The egg yolk is rich and the cooking is perfect.

However, if you say that this also has a special feeling. . I don't think there are many.

Impressions and Rating

Overall it was delicious.

The noodles were especially good.

I was thinking that something like Tsukemen (Dipping Noodles), which allows you to enjoy the noodles more directly, would be good, but it looks like they've started offering it as a summer limited menu, so I definitely want to try it.

As for Ajitama (Seasoned Egg) and char siu toppings, I thought this was a world of personal preference.

If you don't topping both,Soy sauce ramen (1,300 yen)” is all you need.

Personally, I think it would be nice to have Ajitama (Seasoned Egg).

Going back to the topic of noodles, this time it was straight noodles, but I heard that they had previously served them as flat noodles.

It has already been highly rated as one of Tabelog's 100 Famous Restaurants, but I think it's in the process of evolving beyond just noodles, so I'd like to visit regularly to see how it's progressing.

Overall: ★★★★★★★☆☆☆ (7)
Taste: ★★★★★★★☆☆☆ (7)
Cost performance: ★★★★★★☆☆☆☆ (6)
Revisit: ★★★★★★★☆☆☆ (7)

  • The soup is sweet with chicken and vegetables.
  • The noodles are amazingly delicious
  • I'm curious about the summer-only Tsukemen (Dipping Noodles)
