Otakibashi Kumachan Ramen
Today at 8:30Ecchan ramen” and my next plan is around noon, so I still have plenty of time.

While I was killing time writing my blog at the cafe, it was almost 11 o'clock, so I decided to head to the next shop.
So, ``Kotakibashi Kumachan Ramen” I came to.
Once again, I am personally addicted to “Chan-kei” This is a shop.
I visited around 11 o'clock, and the store was pretty empty.
Chuka Soba (Chinese-Style Ramen)
This time we will introduce the simplest ``Chinese noodles (750 yen)” was selected.
There is a ticket system, and the ticket machine is outside the store, to the left of the entrance.
Also, I was very happy to be able to use credit cards and various types of electronic money in addition to cash at the ticket machine.
Rice is free, and if you need it, take the pink tag from the bottom of the ticket machine and hand it over.
The rice bowl is served in about 5 minutes after handing over the ticket.
Let's get it then.
Soup
The fat floating on the surface gives it a very porky flavor.
Until now, “New Tomochin』、『Ikebukuro Hirochan Ramen』、『Ecchan ramen', and it had the strongest pork flavor.

As you continue to eat, the fat part disappears and the soup itself has a strong salty taste.
I could feel the slight soy sauce effect, but the strong salty taste gave it an impression similar to salt ramen.
As a system, ``Ecchan ramen” I felt something similar.
Noodles
The noodles themselves were flat noodles made by Daruma Seimen, and I didn't feel any difference from other stores.
The doneness of the boil was a little tough, which is my personal preference.
Chashu (Braised Pork)
It had quite a strong meaty texture, and some parts had a chewy texture.
It has a bit of a gamey feel to it, so if you don't like meaty foods, you may not like it.
Menma
It had a strong flavor and texture, so it had a strong presence.
I haven't tried the menma at other stores until now, but the menma at this store had such an impact that I had to try it.
Rice
It seems that they use a large rice cooker, but the rice was cooked evenly and didn't feel like it had been left unattended.
Well, it's free so I can't really complain.
Kappa (pickled cucumbers) is placed on the table and you can have as much as you like.
Impressions
Everything except the chashu was top-level delicious.
As for the char siu, it's not that it's not delicious, but I get the impression that it has a very strong meaty texture, so I don't think there's a need to go so far as to insist on it.
It's a bit of a walk from Shinjuku Station, but despite its location, you can get ramen and rice for 750 yen, which is very cost-effective.
The store staff were cheerful and the overall ranking was high.Chan-kei” I think it will be.
I have visited 4 stores so far, but there are still many stores.Chan-keiThere are many shops offering this type of food, and the taste differs depending on the shop, so I would like to visit other shops as well.
