This year's Tsukimi Burger has a new sauce for the first time in eight years. A menu similar to

However, this is also the characteristic of Tsukimi Burger, so I feel grateful and moved to be able to meet it for the first time in a year.
The most important sauce was the mayonnaise, which gave it a creamy and cheesy feel.
The name is tomato cream cheese, but personally I felt the tomato flavor was weak and the creaminess was strong.
Until last year, it had a bit more of a tomato or ketchup flavor, and the black pepper gave it a punch.

Toro-Uma Sukiyaki Tsukimi

The composition is from the bottom: buns, sukiyaki sauce, patty, cheddar cheese, egg, bacon, sauce, and buns.
The buns are different here, and they are soft and yellowish.
When you eat it, the first taste of sukiyaki sauce spreads in your mouth, but you can really feel the sukiyaki-like meat, vegetables, sugar, and dashi stock.
As I chewed it, it reminded me that I was eating a Tsukimi Burger with cheddar cheese, patty, egg, and bacon.
The bun itself was moist and soft, and there was moisture from the sukiyaki sauce and cheddar cheese, so it didn't feel dry overall.
It goes without saying that sukiyaki and eggs go well together, but even though it contains eggs, it's Tsukimi Burger.
It's not bad if you ask me if the compatibility is really good, but I got the impression that the sukiyaki sauce was too complex and took away the feeling of eating the Tsukimi Burger.

I'll say it again, but I liked the sauces from last year better.
That's my impression when I look at the Tsukimi Burger alone, but considering how good it goes with the Cheese Tsukimi, I think it's not a bad change.
I think this year's changed sauce will probably be used next year as well, but this taste will become someone's memorable taste, and in a few years, it will be overwritten by my own. .
I think I'll eat it several times during the release period, but I hope I can eat it healthy again next year.
