Menu
Speaking of Tomita, there are 4 flavors to choose from: Noko Tsukemen (Rich Dipping Noodles), mori soba, Chinese soba, and tonkotsu ramen.
I am shooting the menu only for Noko Tsukemen (Rich Dipping Noodles).
Noko Tsukemen (Rich Dipping Noodles) Large
This time, we will introduce the most standard ``Noko Tsukemen (Rich Dipping Noodles) Large (1,250 yen)” was selected.
I didn't add any toppings because I wanted to fully enjoy the noodles and dipping sauce.
The amount of noodles is 150g for mini, 200g for medium, 250g for medium, 320g for large, and 450g for special, which I think will satisfy the needs of a wide range of ages and needs.
The rice bowl was served about 10 minutes after being seated.
Let's get it then.
Noodles
Let's start with the noodles.
It's extremely thick and straight, or rather thick enough to be called udon noodles.
If you eat it with noodles only, you can feel the wheat, germ, and aroma, but it also has an oatmeal-like impression.
I get the impression that it has a strong barley flavor and is a little grainy, but I think it's within an acceptable range.
The noodles themselves have a strong taste, so even when dipping them in dipping sauce, they don't lose their presence.
dipping sauce
The dipping sauce is made with seafood and pork bones, so-called Matama.
The seafood has a knotty texture, which gives the impression that the knotty texture is stronger than that of pork bones.
Oma-kei also refers to seafood and pork bones.
Since there are many restaurants selling seafood and pork bones, it came to be abbreviated as "Mata Omae Moka" or "Mata Oma Kei."
Chashu (Braised Pork)
The chashu has a soft texture.
I think it looks small in the photo, but I'm holding a broken part with chopsticks.
More than 1/3 of the pieces have fallen apart and are submerged in the dipping sauce.
Soup portion
There is a soup pot on the table, so when you finish eating the noodles, add them to the dipping sauce.
The soup stock itself gives the impression that it is a Japanese-style soup stock mainly made of bonito and kelp.
The dipping sauce itself is Japanese-style, so it goes well with soup wari.
Impressions and Rating
Overall it was delicious.
Speaking of seafood and pork bone Tsukemen (Dipping Noodles) near Tokyo Station,Rokurinsha Tokyo Ramen Street” I think that can be mentioned.

It's a popular restaurant with lines of over 30 minutes, so you'll need to be prepared.
On the other hand, although there is a line at this restaurant depending on the time of day, it is not as long as Rokurinsha, so I think it is a good choice if you want to eat seafood and pork bones Tsukemen (Dipping Noodles) near Tokyo Station.
Going back and forth between Marunouchi and Yaesu can be difficult if you are not used to Tokyo Station, but it is recommended if you want to eat seafood and pork bone Tsukemen (Dipping Noodles) near Tokyo Station.
