Yajima
Last time I ateYajima Kaki Ramen Shio (Oyster Ramen with Salt Broth)Because I couldn't forget the deliciousness of the food, I'm visiting Toyosu Market again today.

『Yajima (Yajima)” is located in the administration facility building of Toyosu Market.
I walked there from Toyosu Station, but I think many people come from Toyosu Market Station on the Yurikamome line.
There are signs posted all the way to the management facility building, so you won't have to worry about getting lost.
I visited around 12:00 on a Saturday, and there were about 5 people waiting.
I was able to enter the store after waiting for about 15 minutes.
There is only one counter seat and one table seat for two people, so it seems best to visit with a maximum of two people.
Let's get it then.
Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer)
First of all,Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer) (650 yen)” I ordered.
The brand name is Akahoshi.
I walked over 1km from Toyosu Station to Toyosu Market, so the beer after my workout was delicious.
Shumai (Steamed Pork Dumplings)
Next, as a snack, ``Shumai Half Portion (Steamed Pork Dumplings) (360 yen)' has arrived.
One serving is 4 pieces (720 yen), and although the menu only says up to half a piece, it seems that you can order in single pieces (180 yen).
Shumai (Steamed Pork Dumplings) is quite large in one size.
It has quite a meaty texture, and there are large chunks of meat inside.
It makes a good snack.
Kaki Ramen Miso + Butter (Oyster Miso Ramen with Butter)
About 20 minutes after Bin Biru (Bottled Beer) and Shumai (Steamed Pork Dumplings) arrived,Oyster ramen miso (1,400 yen)' has arrived.
I paid an additional 50 yen and added butter topping.
Soup
This soup has a strong sweetness from the vegetables.
The taste of oysters comes out and it has an ocean feel to it, but since the miso itself has a strong flavor, the oyster taste seems to be hidden a little, so I guess it's Miso Ramen with a bit of an ocean feel.
Adding butter to this will make it milder.
It goes without saying that miso and butter go well together, and it goes without saying that oysters and butter go well together, so I think this is a must-try topping.
Noodles
The noodles should be thin to medium thick.
It has a nice chewy texture and crispness.
The noodles are ``Kaki Ramen Shio (Oyster Ramen with Salt Broth)” is the same.
oysters
The main dish is oysters.
It had a crisp texture and came in 5 large pieces.
It's this size in November, so I'm looking forward to seeing it grow as the winter deepens.
Impressions
The bill was 2,460 yen for Bin Biru (Bottled Beer)+Shumai Half Portion (Steamed Pork Dumplings)+Kaki Ramen Miso + Butter (Oyster Miso Ramen with Butter).
Please note that cash is the only payment method.
During lunch time, there is bound to be a long line.
Bin Biru (Bottled Beer) and Shumai (Steamed Pork Dumplings) have some menus that come out right away, but ramen and set menus may take quite a while to be served, so we recommend that you visit with plenty of time to spare.
If you only have the main menu, you won't have much time left, so if you can drink, we recommend grabbing a beer and some Shumai (Steamed Pork Dumplings) and having a leisurely wait.
If you ask me which one is better, ``Kaki Ramen Shio (Oyster Ramen with Salt Broth)'' or ``Oyster Ramen Miso''. .
Both are delicious, but personally I think ``Kaki Ramen Shio (Oyster Ramen with Salt Broth)'' is better because the flavor of the oysters comes to the forefront.
『Oyster ramen miso' was quite delicious, but I felt that the flavor of the oysters was somewhat hidden by the richness of the miso.
For those who have a high hurdle to visit Toyosu Market, such as those who are visiting from far away, the first thing to do is to visit ``Kaki Ramen Shio (Oyster Ramen with Salt Broth)” Please try eating it.
It's only November and the oyster season has just started, so I think the oysters will get bigger and the flavor will be more intense as winter gets a little deeper.
Then, “Oyster ramen miso” I think there is a possibility that opinions will change, such as if it becomes better, so I would like to revisit it after the new year of 2025.
