It is basically a standing room, but there are only 4 chair seats.

There are no table seats including chair seats, only counter seats.

Ordering and Payment

Ordering method: Meal ticket system
Payment method: cash, transportation IC card

After purchasing a meal ticket, hand it to the clerk at the food ticket delivery counter.

At that time, you can choose the type of soba or udon.

Types of soba

From around April 2025, Yoshi Soba's soba has been renewed, and you can now choose from two types of soba, udon, and soba.

  • Minced toy flat noodles
  • Minced toy extra wide soba
  • Domestic flour thin udon

Flat soba is the default soba.

As the name suggests, the wide soba noodles are wide.

You can also choose udon.

I think you should choose extra-wide soba for impact, but this time I asked for flat soba for stability.

I could hear people ordering, but I got the impression that most of them were choosing flat noodles.

Shungiku Tempura Soba (Soba with Chrysanthemum Greens Tempura) (cold) + Omori (Large Portion)

This time, “Shungiku Tempura Soba (Soba with Chrysanthemum Greens Tempura) (cold) 680 yen” was selected.

At stand-up soba restaurants, the motto is to choose hot soba, but as it was July and the temperature was steadily rising, I couldn't stand it and chose cold.

And since Omori (Large Portion) is free at this store, I also asked for Omori (Large Portion).

Of course, I chose soba noodles, soba noodles, and udon noodles, and I asked for flat soba noodles as the type of soba noodles.

It was completed in about 3 minutes after handing over the meal ticket.

Let's get it then.

Tsuyu (Dipping Broth)

It has a bonito soup base and has a stronger soup stock flavor than Kaeshi.

A nice point is that it also contains a small amount of seaweed in addition to green onions.

Soba Noodles

You can really feel the flavor of soba.

It's cold, so it's really cold, and you can feel the firmness of the soba.

It's a little more expensive if you eat stand-up soba, but you can still taste the flavor of the soba, so it's worth the price.

Shungikuten

Shungikuten is a kakiage type that uses the leaves.

You can feel the crispy texture and the bittersweet taste of the garland chrysanthemum.

Since it's cold, the batter doesn't absorb much of the soup, so it seems best to break it up into small pieces and mix it well with the soba noodles.

Impressions and Rating

Yoshi SobaIt was delicious.

Whether you look at the soba, soup, or tempura, I think the quality was one step higher than a normal standing soba restaurant.

The price is one step higher, but considering the taste, it's understandable, and in the sense that you won't miss it, it can be considered cheap.

I think the point of eating while standing may be a choice, but if you think of it as a lunch in Ginza, I think it's attractive that it's so cheap.

I think there is also an amusement system where you can choose the type of soba.

This time I ordered the flat soba to be on the safe side, but next time I will try the extra wide soba.

I would like to visit again when I want to eat something quick, such as in Ginza.
