この日はGW中かつディナータイムなので行列を覚悟していましたが、運良く1名待ちでした。

How to Order
Payment methods: cash, credit card, various electronic money

Sho Ramen (Small Ramen)
This time, “Sho Ramen (Small Ramen) (1,000 yen)” was selected.
The small size is the normal size, and the amount of noodles is 250g, which is about the same amount as Omori (Large Portion) at a normal ramen shop.
For those who eat less, the 125g ``Mini ramen (950 yen)”, for those who are big eaters, 375g of “Large ramen (1,100 yen)”, and for those who are bigger eaters, 125g each “Extra noodles (100 yen)” You can increase the number.

Yasai + Abura (Vegetables + Pork Back Fat)
ヤサイはモヤシとキャベツが8:2～7:3くらいと、比較的キャベツが多めの比率です。
茹で加減はクタ気味で、私好みの茹で加減です。
アブラは黒アブラのように味付きです。
ヤサイとアブラを一緒に食べるアブラサラダが美味しいですね。
塩分が欲しい場合は卓上のカエシをお好みでかけると良いかと思います。
Soup
夕方頃の訪問ということもあり、しっかりと乳化されています。
醤油も感じますが、乳化によってかなりマイルドな印象です。
もう少しブタの風味や味わいが強いと直系二郎に近づきますが、それは欲張りな要望です。
Noodles
麺はワシワシとした食感を楽しむことができます。
安定の味わいで、いつ行ってもこの感じです。
pig
部位はウデ肉でしょうか。
肉感と赤身の繊維的な食感を感じますが、しっかりと煮込まれてホロホロになっているので、口の水分をもっていかれる感覚はないです。
豚山はブタに関しても安定の味わいです。
Impressions + evaluation
豚山は安定の味でした。
最近は行列ができているタイミングも少なくはないですが、それでも直系二郎よりも行列は少なめかと思います。
それでいて安定的な味わいがありますので、二郎系食べたいなと思ったら訪れてしまいます。
今後もお世話になるかと思います。
