Visit and Queue Information
Visit date: Saturday, June 2025
Visiting time: Around 15:50
Line: Approximately 10 people before opening
Seats: Counter seats only
I visited around 15:50 when the store opened at 16:00, and there were about 10 people in line.
I managed to get into the store in the first round.
There are crescent-shaped counter seats with a hot pot in front of you, and another counter seat that can seat about 3 people.
We were guided in order from the front of the hot pot, and since we were lined up towards the back this time, we were guided to a different counter seat than the one in front of the hot pot.
I think the stay time is about 30 minutes even for group customers, so I think the turnover rate is relatively high.
Ordering and Payment
Payment method: cash only
You will be asked for drinks in the order you enter the store, so order verbally.
The drink menu includes beer, sake, shochu, and wine.
Basically, it is an image of alcohol in a bottle.
Some shochu is served straight as syrup, a style often found in motsuyaki and stew restaurants.
After that, you will be asked if you would like to have one serving (5 pieces) of stew, so please answer if it is OK or if you would like to eat more, please indicate the number of pieces you would like.
Food menus other than stew include egg soup and onion slices.
Items Ordered
This time I received a large bottle of beer, 5 stews, and an appetizer.
Apparently there was some trouble in the past, so taking photos inside the restaurant, including the food, is prohibited, so this is only a written introduction.
If you search, you will find the photos, so please refer to them.
Thank you for your understanding.
Although it is an external page, here” is better.

Now, let me introduce you to the menu we received this time.
Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer)
Drinks are ``Bottled beer (750 yen)” was selected.
The brand name was Akahoshi.
I think it's a reasonable price since it's a large bottle.
Otoshi (Appetizer)
Before simmering,Appetizer (100 yen)' was provided.
Pickled Nozawana and pickled radish.
I wait for the sake to arrive while drinking beer with crunchy snacks.
Nikomi (Stew)
When it comes to common stews, you'll probably find pork offal, daikon radish, konjac, tofu, carrots, etc. simmered in a soy sauce or miso base.
The photo isTachinomi Banpaiya Monzennakacho branch' thing.

The stew at this restaurant is made from beef, and the only ingredients are beef offal, and the stew is simmered in red miso until it turns black.
The biggest feature is that it is served on a skewer.
The hormone parts are Nankotsu, Fuwa, and Shiro.
There are 5 pieces per person, and each part is included, and this time's composition was 1 piece of Nankotsu, 2 pieces of Fuwa, and 2 pieces of Shiro.
Each bottle costs 200 yen, so 5 servings per person will cost 1,000 yen.
You can also add one piece at a time.
As a side note, restaurants that have been open since before the war often use beef for stew, while restaurants that have been open since the war often use pork.
Nankotsu (Cartilage)
This may be your first time eating Nankotsu as a stew.
Since it is simmered until it becomes stiff, it has a chewy, soft texture rather than a hard texture.
The taste is based on red miso, so it has an impression similar to Nagoya's specialty doteni.
The sweetness is modest and it feels like soup stock, so it has a unique feel.
The seasoning is strong, so the taste goes well with the sake.
Fuwa (Lung)
The part of the body corresponds to the lungs.
It has a slightly irony taste, and goes well with the seasoning of stews.
Shiro (Intestine)
Shiro corresponds to the small intestine as a part.
It is full of fat and has a strong taste.
The richness of the original flavor and the seasoning of the stew combine to create a flavor that enhances the taste of sake.
Impressions and Rating
The bill was 1,850 yen for a bottle of beer + 1 serving of stew + appetizer.
I think it was so rare and delicious that it was counted as one of Tokyo's top 5 stews.
However, since the snacks are basically only stewed, the seasoning is the same, so you only need to eat 5 servings per person, or worse, you might get bored by the end.
I think I should have ordered the egg soup to finish, but since the basic seasonings are the same, I didn't order it. .
This is the homework for next time. .
It's good manners to have a quick drink and leave quickly, but I think you'll inevitably spend about 20 to 30 minutes with one serving of stew and one or two glasses of alcohol.
Due to the old-fashioned atmosphere inside the restaurant and the deliciousness of the stew, I think this is a restaurant you should definitely visit at least once.
