There are notices posted, but if there is a line, you have to buy a meal ticket and then wait in line.
Although it was a Saturday, I visited during neither lunch nor dinner, so there was no line.
A fast pass called SuiSui has been introduced, so you can eat without waiting by paying an additional 500 yen on top of your food and drink bill.
Please check at the store for usage instructions.
We are open all day with no breaks, so we aim to be open between 2:00pm and 5:00pm.
The situation at the time of my last visit was ``here』

The last time I ate Tsukemen (Dipping Noodles), the situation was ``here』

How to Order
Payment methods: cash, credit card, various electronic money, QR code
Although it is a meal ticket system, I appreciate that you can use credit cards and electronic money in addition to cash.
As you wait in line, a staff member will come to collect your ticket.
If there is an order for the degree of boiling of the noodles (hard or soft, etc.), this will be done at this stage.
Calling for vegetables such as vegetable and garlic will be done at the time of serving, so we will not call them at this stage.
Menu
SmallTsukemen (Dipping Noodles)
This time, “Small Tsukemen (Dipping Noodles) (1,150 yen)” I ordered.
Tsukemen (Dipping Noodles) is a limited time menu from April 1st to September 30th.
The small size is the normal size, and the amount of noodles is 250g, which is about the same amount as Omori (Large Portion) at a normal ramen shop.
For those who eat less, the 125g ``Mini ramen (950 yen)”, for those who are big eaters, 375g of “Large ramen (1,100 yen)”, and for those who are bigger eaters, 125g each “Extra noodles (100 yen)” You can increase the number.
Calls are called by the seat number (for example, the person at number 10) or the name of the product ordered (for example, for the small ramen).Garlic oil” I asked.
As for how to make a call, there is a notice posted at your seat, so I think it would be a good idea to refer to it.
These are toppings that change daily, and the toppings for that day are displayed on the Butayama official app.
Today's dish was spicy fish powder.
It doesn't have the brutal atmosphere that is typical of the Jiro/Jiro line, so if you make a mistake with the call, the staff will not help you, so feel free to call your favorite call.
However, I think it's a good idea to put on earphones and avoid concentrating too much on your smartphone once you're guided to your seat.
Let's get it then.
Yasai
Yasai is bean sprouts and cabbage, and the ratio is about 8:2 to 7:3, which is a relatively large amount of cabbage.
The doneness of boiling is just right, which is my personal favorite texture.
Are (spicy fish powder)
The dipping sauce, or rather the soup itself, is made from pork bones, so by adding fish meal to it, it essentially turns into seafood and pork bones.
It comes with spicy seafood, but sometimes I didn't feel the spiciness.
dipping sauce
Maybe it's because it's been a long time since we saw the Jiro/Jiro series, but I get the impression that he has a much stronger pig-like feel.
Up until now, I had the impression that it was Kaesi's first, but now I have the impression that it is closer to a direct line.
Since the noodles are cold, the oil tends to harden, giving the impression that you feel the oil as you eat.
In that sense, I think it's best to eat it quickly without abracol or as an abra salad with vegetables.
Noodles
These noodles have a stable and chewy texture.
When you bite into it, you can feel the wheat, and since it's Tsukemen (Dipping Noodles), when you eat it with only noodles, you'll realize how delicious the noodles are. .
Of course, it is also delicious when dipping it in dipping sauce.
However, since it is Tsukemen (Dipping Noodles), it has been cooled down to some extent, but I think it would be best if it was cooled down with a little colder water.
pig
The pork is still a divine pig, with a guinea-like texture and delicious flavor.
About a year ago, the pigs were dry, but recently they have been quite stable.
Impressions and Rating
Tsukemen (Dipping Noodles)It was delicious.
I think it would be good to offer Tsukemen (Dipping Noodles) all year round instead of for a limited time. .
I think I'll try it again next year when it's available again.
By the way, this was my 20th visit in total.
You can exchange your points for bowls with 50 store visit points (50 visits), so make that your goal.
There is still a long way to go, but I will continue to be patient.
