In addition to gyoza, this restaurant is also famous for tanmen and ramen.

Unfortunately, ramen was closed for a while and only tanmen was available.

Tanmen Gyoza+Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer)

This time, “Tanmen gyoza (1,550 yen)” I chose the so-called Tangyo.

This restaurant is said to be the birthplace of tangyo, where tanmen and gyoza are eaten together.

When it comes to gyoza, it's beer, so...Kirin beer medium bottle (800 yen)' is also selected.

When I handed over my ticket, I was asked when the tanmen would be served, and I asked for it immediately.

Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer)

Even though it was called Kirin Beer, the brand name was Kirin Lager.

Until now, Kirin Ichiban Shibori was my favorite, but lately I've been switching to Kirin Lager.

It's my first beer of the day, so it's delicious.

Gyoza

The dumplings arrived about a minute after arriving at Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer).

It's so fast that I think it must have been made in advance.

However, it was served piping hot and wasn't cold or dry, which tends to happen when it's made ahead of time, so I guess it's okay.

Chili oil is homemade and also available for sale.

There's a lot of overexposure, though. . The skin is chewy, the filling is juicy, and the meat juices and vegetables are overflowing with moisture.

The water in the vegetables tends to dilute the flavor, but this is not the case and the beer goes on with a strong, strong flavor.

Tanmen

The tanmen arrived about 3 minutes after the gyoza arrived.

It arrived just as I was making the sauce for the gyoza and was about to eat the first one, and everything was ready in about 5 minutes after I handed over my ticket.

Soup

It's a light soup that tastes like salt, pepper, chicken bones, and pork.

At best, it's bland, at worst, it's bland.

However, after I finished eating the gyoza, I added the leftover gyoza sauce to the soup and it was delicious.

vegetables

When you think of tanmen, you think of vegetables.

Speaking of vegetables. . I think it's tanmen or miso ramen.

I think it contains about half the amount you should take in a day.

Although it is mainly cabbage, it also contains bean sprouts, carrots, and chives.

At first, it's crunchy, but as time passes, the soup cooks and it becomes crunchy, allowing you to enjoy two different textures.

Noodles

Thick and curly noodles.

It has a chewy texture.

Impressions and Rating

Rairaiken was delicious.

As expected, the gyoza was delicious.

Tanmen is normal, so it's up to you whether you order it or not, but I think you only need to eat it once.

I think there are a lot of options like rice, but I would definitely recommend beer.

You can also enjoy rare beers like Heartland, Urquell, and Budbar.

After enjoying gyoza and beer, the area between Kiba and Toyocho is surprisingly a fierce battleground for ramen, so it might be best to finish somewhere else.

I think I'll come back to eat the gyoza, and I'd like to try the ramen when it comes back.
