In addition to gyoza, this store also offers ramen, yakisoba, stir-fry, rice, and fried rice.
The main store has a strong style of serving only gyoza and drinks.
I get the impression that they have a full range of drinks.
Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer)+Gyoza 2 servings
I wanted to eat carbohydrates at another restaurant, so I simply tried Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer) and gyoza.
Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer)
First of all,Bottled beer (770 yen)” I will receive it from.
The size is a large bottle, and the brand is Super Dry.
The first beer of the day is always delicious.
Stir-fried bean sprouts
Stir-fried bean sprouts were served as a snack.
When it comes to appetizers and snacks, you might be worried that there will be a charge, but don't worry, it's free.
Stir-fried bean sprouts with chicken bone flavor and moderately salty taste.
Gyoza
Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer) About 3 minutes after the fried bean sprouts arrived,Gyoza (330 yen)' has arrived.
Delivered fairly quickly.
I ordered 2 servings, but since it's for 1 serving first, it seems that the order of serving is adjusted based on the progress of chopsticks at each table and seat.
As expected, this is a technique that a famous restaurant can do.
The most important taste is that the skin is well browned and crispy.
The wrapper is chewy and the presence of the skin is clearly visible.
The filling has a strong meaty texture while still retaining the crunchy texture of the vegetables.
I ate Gyoza (Dumplings) for the first time in a while and was impressed.
There are standard seasonings such as sauce, vinegar, and chili oil on the table, but it is unusual that they also have mustard.
Gyoza
When I finished eating one serving, the second serving was served as soon as the plate was empty.
It seems like they are really managing the food by watching the progress of the chopsticks.
It was so delicious that I finished the second serving.
And before I knew it, I had finished drinking the beer, and I was once again impressed with how well gyoza and beer go together.
Impressions and Rating
Kameido GyozaIt was delicious.
It would be nice to just have the gyoza and beer, but I'm grateful that it also comes with stir-fried bean sprouts for free.
I was surprised not only by the taste, but also by the speed at which it was served.
I was impressed by the taste and speed of delivery.
I don't have a lot of opportunities to go to Kameido, but I'm thinking of visiting the main store as well.
Gyoza (Dumplings) is made with simple ingredients of dough and filling (meat/vegetables), but I think it's interesting that the food can vary so much from store to store depending on how the dough and filling are made and the cooking method.
I'm thinking of visiting various Gyoza (Dumplings) stores, but for now I think I'll start with Tabelog 100 Famous Stores.

Cost performance: ★★★★★★★☆☆☆ (7)
