Koimori chicken curry + hot egg
This is a curry shop run by Shinjuku Nakamuraya, which is famous for its retort food.
Personally, when I think of Shinjuku Nakamuraya, I think of mapo tofu.
In addition to the solid spiciness, you can feel the numbing sensation of the pepper.
Nowadays, I make my own chili peppers and peppers, but I remember how I used to eat them in my small kitchen when I lived alone.
This time, “Koimori chicken curry (1,500 yen)' to 'Warm egg (200 yen)” was topped with.
Chicken Indian curry on the left and keema curry on the right.
What I completely missed was that the hot balls come with one topping by default. .
Mysteriously, I ended up receiving a double hot egg. .
Since it was a curry, it was served quickly, about 3 minutes after being seated.
Anyway, let's have it.
chicken curry
First, let's start with chicken curry.
When you eat it thinking it's a mellow type with coconut flavor, you'll be surprised at how spicy it is.
When I say spicy, I get the impression that it's spicy, and I'm confused if you ask me what kind of spice it is, but I can feel the complex flavor of the spice.
Although it is spicy, I think people who don't like spicy food may find it too spicy. .
keema curry
Next is Keema Curry.
It's also spicy.
It has a meaty and nutty flavor, and I get the impression that it contains spices that go well with the meat.
Sauteed spinach and pickled purple cabbage
Accompaniments include sautéed spinach and pickled purple cabbage.
Spinach is normal.
Purple cabbage has a sour taste that refreshes your spicy palate.
Japanese curry garnishes include Fukujinzuke and rakkyo, but you can also swap them out by bringing spinach and purple cabbage instead.
Spicy spices/spice oil
Flavor items will also be provided.
Spicy spices give you a strong sense of chili pepper, and it seems best to use them when you want to change from spicy to hot.
The spice oil had an impression that it was more oily than spice.
Impressions and Rating
Love and spice was delicious.
As the name suggests, it gave the impression that it was specialized in spices.
I felt that the spiciness of the curry was raised to the point where it was just on the verge of being appealing to the average person, somewhere between chain stores, major stores, and independent stores.
I think it would be great if you could eat curry like this at Tokyo Station.
It's located inside Tokyo Station, on the way between Marunouchi and Yaesu, so it's a little difficult to visit, but if you can find it, please give it a try.
