There is water in the cabbage, and there is also water in the sauce, so I didn't feel the dryness that was the problem.
The official description states that the sauce is spicy, but it's not very spicy, so even people who don't like spicy food can enjoy it.
Overall it was delicious, but I felt that the 2026 Chicken Tatsuta was a little salty.

As the name suggests, cheddar cheese is added to the chicken tatsuta.
The creaminess from the cheese is added, and the sauce is also creamy, so I think they go well together.
On the other hand, the salty taste is strong by default, but the cheese adds even more salty taste, so I personally felt it was too salty.
I think drinks are a must.
Tartar Yurinchi-Style Chicken Tatsuta

Tartar sauce is added to the default chicken tatsuta.
Even the default chicken tatsuta is delicious and doesn't feel dry, but the tartar sauce adds more moisture, making it less dry.
Rather than simply adding saltiness, the tartare tastes like green onion, garlic, and personally, pepper, and I get the impression that the saltiness overrides the taste of these tartare.
I think it's up to you whether you like the sauce or not, but I personally like it.
Bacon Potato Pie

The pie contains melty potatoes and bacon.
It's a slightly salty meal-type pie, and it tastes exactly as you'd expect, or rather as it looks.
It's a pie, so it might be good if you're hungry...
The pie itself was quite heavy with oil, and the potatoes and bacon gave it an even heavier impression, so I think it'll fill you up rather than just make you hungry.
I felt it would be better to order it as if it were an additional item to a meal, such as adding it to a burger set.

I liked the sauce on the tartar oil limp chicken tatsuta, so I chose it as number one.
The classic chicken tatsuta comes in second place because of its consistent perfection, and the cheese chicken tatsuta comes in third place because I felt it was a bit salty.
All of them are highly finished, so if you have a chance, I recommend you to try them all.
