The lunch menu is ``Noka no Self Plate (Farmer's Self-Serve Plate) (1,900 yen)” is a 60-minute all-you-can-eat buffet system.

You can also add meat items such as fried chicken or chicken ham, drinks, etc. by paying separately.

At night, the restaurant will pair vegetable-based dishes with wine and cocktails.

Noka no Self Plate (Farmer's Self-Serve Plate Buffet)

This time, my wife and INoka no Self Plate (Farmer's Self-Serve Plate) (2,300 yen)” I asked.

The buffet menu includes raw vegetables, grilled vegetables, fried vegetables, soup, curry, and rice.

This time, I didn't order additional fried chicken because I wanted to enjoy the vegetables.

Let's get it then.

1st round

For the time being, I've included the things that caught my eye, or rather, I've included almost all of them.

Raw Vegetables had Kale, carrots, soybeans, green leaves, red radish, etc.

Kale has a crunchy texture, and the carrots and red radish have a crispy texture and sweetness.

The grilled Vegetables was rape blossoms, and the fried Vegetables was burdock root and sweet potato.

Rapeseed flowers have a moderate bitterness, and burdock has an earthy taste.

Sweet potatoes are quite sweet, so this is already a dessert.

Carbohydrates include curry, toast, and pasta, and I tried serving curry and pasta.

The taste of the pasta is relatively close to the taste of the ingredients, and the curry has a sweet flavor.

The miso soup was based on white miso and had lots of vegetables in it, and the sweetness of the vegetables came out well.

2nd round

In the first round, I served delicious Kale, green leaves, and red radish.

I'm a person who believes that vitamins should be taken from supplements, so I don't really eat Vegetables unless it's on occasions like this, so I take it here and there.

The first plate given to you will continue to be used during your stay and cannot be exchanged.

3rd round

Lastly, I added Kale, green leaves, red radish, and carrots.

It's topped with a bit of pasta and a dessert-worthy sweet potato.

Finished the meal with curry.

Impressions and Rating

The impression is that it's basically the taste of the ingredients, but you can tell that Vegetables is fresh.

You can consume a large amount of vegetables, which are usually in short supply, so I feel like I ate about a week's worth of vegetables in this one meal.

This was my first visit in about a year, and the price had increased from 1,900 yen the last time I visited, and this time it was 2,300 yen.

It's expensive for an everyday lunch, but I think it's not bad considering it's an all-you-can-eat luxury lunch.

However, even though it's all-you-can-eat, there aren't many items.

I think it would be a good idea to eat all the food in the first round, and repeat the delicious food in the second round.

It looks like I ate a lot, but since it's basically vegetables, I feel bloated, but I think it's low in calories, so I think it's good in the sense of an all-you-can-eat buffet that doesn't make you feel guilty.

I would like to visit again to replenish my vegetable supply.
