『Ramen Bari-O Toyosu” I visited.

Although it is called Toyosu store, its address is in Shinonome.

It takes about 15 minutes on foot from Toyosu Station, so if you come here thinking of the area around Toyosu Station, it may feel a little far away.

When I visited around 13:30, I was able to enter the store without waiting, but the store was almost full.

For those who came to the store after that, there was a line.

It was crowded even outside of lunch time, so you should be careful when visiting during your lunch break at work.

The situation at the time of my last visit was ``here』

Ordering and Payment

Ordering method: Meal ticket system
Payment method: cash only

Menu

The basic menu is ramen and tsukemen.

Sizes are small (ramen only, 200g), normal (300g), and large (400g) in 100g increments.

It is unusual to have Negi (Green Onions) as a topping.

Dai Ramen (Large Ramen)+Negi (Green Onions)

This time, “Dai Ramen (Large Ramen) (1,300 yen)” and “Negi (Green Onions) (200 yen)” I ordered.

It is posted inside the store, and it says that you can call Yasai, Abura, and Karame, and that you should call when you hand over your meal ticket.

However, in reality, you leave your meal ticket on the counter after you are seated, and just before the meal is served, the staff says,What do you like?”, and the process was to make a call.

There is no garlic, and you have to add the garlic yourself from what is placed on the table.

So, Cole said,Yasai + Abura (Vegetables + Pork Back Fat)” I asked.

You can also use Karamekoru, but there is a Kaeshi on the table, so I think it would be better to adjust it to your preference.

After being seated, it took less than 10 minutes for the bowl to arrive.

It's not like the portions are half full, or rather the bowls are small. .

In the early stages, you have to work hard to eat without dropping it.

I would like it to be made into a larger container.

Although it looks impressive, it is quite difficult to make it easy to eat.

Yasai Negi (Green Onions)

Yasai is 100% bean sprouts.

Rather than being knackered, it still has a slightly crunchy texture.

When eaten with abra, you can enjoy the texture of bean sprouts and the sweetness of abra.

It's also good to put a little bit of maple on the tabletop.

At the beginning, it was difficult to eat without dropping it from the bowl.

Negi (Green Onions) is raw Negi (Green Onions) with a little sauce flavor.

Negi (Green Onions) goes well with the Jiro style.

Its crunchy texture and spiciness make it a great addition to heavy soups and abras.

However, be careful as it combined with garlic will make your breath so bad that you won't be able to meet people until the next day.

If you have plans after this, you may want to be careful about the combination of Negi (Green Onions) and garlic.

Soup

The soup has a strong pork taste.

It is a well-balanced type that allows you to enjoy just the right amount of kaeshi.

I've had tsukemen for about a year and a half, and regular ramen for even longer than that.

To be honest, at the time, I had the impression that it had a strong sense of pachimono.

It's been a while since I last ate it, but it looks a lot like Jiro.

The flavor of the pork is strong, and the texture is neither too strong nor too weak, making it quite easy to eat.

I might like the soup better than Butayama.

Noodles

The noodles are made by Mikawaya Seimen.

At the beginning, it is hard and has a stiff texture.

This area gives me a Jiro-like feel.

In the second half, it absorbs the soup and becomes chewy.

In this case, the texture is more like a thick noodle ramen rather than Jiro-like.

It's interesting for ramen to have a change in texture between the first half and the second half, but I think it's a negative point that it starts to drift away in the second half, considering it's Jiro style.

pig

The pork has a guinea-like texture.

However, since it is not soaked in Kaeshi, the taste is a little monotonous.

Rather than eating it as is at the beginning, it seems better to warm it up with soup and then eat it.

By submerging it in the soup, it will warm up and add some flavor.

garlic

Garlic is placed on the table and you can add as much as you like.

I'm grateful for this.

Personally, I think 2 cups is just right.

Be careful, as from the third cup onwards, the spiciness of garlic will be quite strong. .

On this day, it was also topped with Negi (Green Onions), so the garlic seems to be good in moderation.

Impressions and Rating

After a long time,Ramen Bari-O Toyosu” I visited.

It was evolving.

It has been almost 6 years since we opened at Shinonome in 2020.

Although Shinonome does not have many restaurants such as ramen shops, it seems that it is quite rooted in the local area.

During this time, the number of Jiro-style shops in general has increased, and I think the standard has improved overall. .

I feel like I understand why they are still surviving while some stores are going out of business.

When I ate it before, I had the impression that it had a strong pachinko feel, but when I ate it this time, it had a strong Jiro-like feel.

The soup was especially good.

There is a good balance between the flavor of the pork and the flavor of the pork, and I personally like the soup.Butayama'I might like it more.

On the other hand, I prefer Butayama noodles.

It's far from Toyosu Station, but considering the lack of ramen restaurants in Toyosu, I think it's a good option.

I would like to visit again if the timing is right.
