Located in Toyosu Forestia,Tonkatsu Den Toyosu” I visited.
The situation at the time of my last visit was ``here』

This time I visited around 13:20 on a weekday in June 2026.
Since the lunch time was staggered, there was no line.
It's been a while since I used it during the day.
Last time I used it at night, I had the impression that I was a little disappointed, and that is causing me some trauma.
This time I'll be using it for lunch, but I'll be a little more luxurious.
Ordering and Payment
Payment methods: cash, credit card, various electronic money, QR code
Iwachubuta (Premium Pork Tonkatsu)
This time, “Iwachubuta (Premium Pork Tonkatsu) (2,200 yen)” I ordered.
Normally Tonkatsu (Pork Cutlet) is a choice between loin or fillet, but this time I chose Iwachubuta (Premium Pork Tonkatsu) for a little more luxury.
The regular menu costs around 1,500 yen, but at 2,200 yen, it's a bit pricey for lunch.
By the way, Iwachubuta (Premium Pork Tonkatsu) is ``Iwachu pig” It seems to read.
It's a unique way of reading that mixes Kun-yomi and On-yomi.
The configuration is Tonkatsu (Pork Cutlet), Gohan (Rice), Miso Shiru (Miso Soup), Tsukemono (Japanese Pickles) of Iwachubuta (Premium Pork Tonkatsu).
Iwashio (Rock Salt) does not seem to be attached to normal Tonkatsu (Pork Cutlet), but Iwashio (Rock Salt) is attached to Iwachubuta (Premium Pork Tonkatsu).
Gohan (Rice), Miso Shiru (Miso Soup), and Cabbage are free to refill.
So let's have it.
Iwachubuta Tonkatsu (Premium Pork Cutlet)
First of all, the main ``Iwachubuta Tonkatsu (Premium Pork Cutlet)”.
It's thick.
The lean part is soft.
The fat also tastes sweet.
The meat itself is more satisfying than regular loin cutlet.
It's a little expensive considering it costs 2,200 yen for lunch, but considering the thickness and quality of the meat, it's well worth it.
Iwashio (Rock Salt) is also included.
When you eat Iwashio (Rock Salt), you can easily feel the sweetness of the fat and the flavor of the meat of Iwachubuta (Premium Pork Tonkatsu).
This is good.
However, it is still better to eat it with table sauce.
Tonkatsu (Pork Cutlet) is someone who wants to eat it with sauce.
It is good to enjoy it elegantly with Iwashio (Rock Salt), but it is more satisfying to eat it with sauce and Gohan (Rice).
cabbage
I don't usually eat Cabbage that much.
However, Cabbage from Tonkatsu (Pork Cutlet) shop is different.
It's fresh and delicious.
Top with dressing and serve between Tonkatsu (Pork Cutlet).
Your mouth will be reset a little.
This time I also had one refill of Cabbage.
I don't usually think of eating Cabbage myself, but it's strange that I can eat it at a Tonkatsu (Pork Cutlet) restaurant.
Gohan (Rice)
It's dinner.
It's just delicious.
Gohan (Rice) is required for Tonkatsu (Pork Cutlet).
If there is a sauce or roux like cutlet curry or katsudon, I can understand that Gohan (Rice) is better.
However, although Tonkatsu (Pork Cutlet) is dry, for some reason Gohan (Rice) is progressing.
Tonkatsu (Pork Cutlet), Gohan (Rice), Cabbage with sauce.
This trend is strong.
Gohan (Rice) also had one refill.
Since it's a 2,200 yen lunch, I'll be satisfied with a second helping of Gohan (Rice).
I'm grateful for the freedom to have a second helping.
Tsukemono (Japanese Pickles)
This is Tsukemono (Japanese Pickles).
Tonkatsu (Pork Cutlet)She is a supporting character in the set meal.
It will be served between Tonkatsu (Pork Cutlet) and Gohan (Rice).
It's not that special, but it's nice to have.
miso soup
This is Miso Shiru (Miso Soup).
Contains seaweed.
There is also plenty of soup stock.
As Miso Shiru (Miso Soup) of Tonkatsu (Pork Cutlet) set meal, it's pretty good.
It has the scent of seaweed and is just delicious.
Miso Shiru (Miso Soup) also had one refill.
I'm glad that Gohan (Rice), Miso Shiru (Miso Soup), and Cabbage are free to refill.
It's quite satisfying as a set lunch.
