Gyoza store Hyotan Sannomiya store
In addition, one of Kobe's specialties is ``Gyoza”, and there are many gyoza specialty stores in the Sannomiya/Motomachi area.
In Kobe, the gyoza itself is not so special, but rather the way it is eaten with miso sauce.
This time we will be introducing one of those gyoza specialty stores, ``Gyoza store Hyotan Sannomiya store”.

When you enter the restaurant and are shown to your seat, you are immediately asked how many servings of gyoza you would like to order.
Gyoza is the only food on the menu at this restaurant, so you'll be asked out of the blue how many servings you want.
It's a very reasonable system.
Since I'm planning on eating around and going to several restaurants after this, I ordered just one serving.
After ordering, I looked at the menu and found that the only food on the menu was gyoza, and there was no rice or soup.
The drinks menu is extensive, and I was impressed by the fact that they carry standard items such as beer, lemon sour, and highball, as well as Chinese alcoholic beverages such as Shaoxing wine and baijiu.
Nama Beeru (Draft Beer)
Drinks are ``Draft beer (490 yen)” I asked.
Bottled beer was also on the menu, but only in large or small bottles.
Until recently, open air Kobe Motomachi storeI just had a few beers at the taproom.

I feel that the large bottle is a little too much, and the small bottle is not enough. If I were being selfish, I would have preferred a medium bottle.
Gyoza
Gyoza is reasonably priced at 400 yen for 7 servings per person.
I think it depends on the timing, but it was served within about 5 minutes of ordering, so it seemed speedy.
The gyoza itself was honestly average.
The skin is thin and has a strong chive flavor, and the filling is a little dry, making it a homemade type.
But no matter what, the miso sauce is delicious.
It has the feel of miso, but it also contains minced meat, so it's rich but refreshing, and it's a flavor that goes well with the gyoza.
By adding plenty of miso sauce to the dryness of the bean paste, it becomes less dry and gives it a juicier taste and more meaty texture.
You probably know that gyoza and beer go well together, but the addition of miso sauce makes it even better.
Impressions
The gyoza, miso sauce, and beer went perfectly together.
Surprisingly, you can eat 7 gyoza in one go.
In the case of other gyoza specialty stores in Kobe, it seems that only the first order can be made for gyoza, and additional orders may not be possible.
Regarding this shop, it is OK to make additional orders as many times as you like.
I think it's a good idea to order one serving first and then order more if you feel like you can eat it halfway through.
This time I was planning to go to the next restaurant, so I didn't order any more because of my stomach.
You can drink and eat gyoza and draft beer for 890 yen, so I think it's perfect for a quick drink and meal.
I think it's interesting to walk around and compare the foods of gyoza specialty restaurants, so please be sure to remember gyoza when you visit Kobe.
