Chuka Soba Kyoraku

However, for people working in Ginza, such as department stores, there are some restaurants where you can eat at a surprisingly affordable price of 1,000 to 2,000 yen.
So, the representative ramen shop ``Chuka Soba Kyoraku”.
The location is behind Matsuya Ginza, and the station is towards Ginza 1-chome.
I visited on a Saturday after 13:30, and there was a line of about 5 people.
As you wait in line, a staff member will hand you a menu, and after a minute or two, a staff member will come and take your order and payment (cash only).
Since it's a ramen shop, the turnover rate is good, and I was guided inside the shop in about 10 minutes.
Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer)
There was no mention of it on the menu I was given, but when I asked the staff, they said they also had Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer).
It was hot that day, so I couldn't resistBin Beeru (Bottled Beer) (650 yen)” I ended up ordering it.
Naturally, it's absolutely delicious.
Another nice feature is that the glass is a copper tumbler.
Otsumami (Snacks)
Menma will be provided as Otsumami (Snacks) when you order alcohol such as Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer).
I love menma so much that I even enjoy it as a snack at home, so I'm really happy about that.
The menma had a crunchy texture and was delicious with the flavor of sesame oil.
Wonton Chashu Men (Wonton and Chashu Noodles) (large bowl of noodles)

The beer was 650 yen, the Wonton Chashu Men (Wonton and Chashu Noodles) was 1300 yen, for a total of 1,950 yen, and the large bowl of noodles was an additional 50 yen, so I ordered the Omori (Large Portion) to make it a nice 2,000 yen.
Soup
This soup has the flavor of pork and the richness of soy sauce.
It tastes more greasy and flavorful than the light type, but it's exquisite, so you wouldn't call it rich.
Noodles
It's straight, thin to medium thick, and has a nice crunchy texture.
Chashu (Braised Pork)
It has a chewy texture and you can really feel the flavor of the meat.
If you make char siu noodles, it comes with 5 pieces, but since they are very dry, I didn't need as much as char siu noodles. .
The Menma was delicious, so maybe I should have made it Menma Ramen. .
Wonton
I don't think I'm the type of person who enjoys the texture, but rather the type of person who enjoys the presence of the bean paste and the meat.
You can really taste the flavor of pepper and pork, so it's a good idea to top it with wontons.
Impressions
I think 2,000 yen for ramen with beer and toppings is a good value.
Moreover, if you can eat it in Ginza, I think it is a valuable restaurant.
Although it is not as flashy or punchy as Jiro-kei or Iekei-kei, you can still enjoy the traditional taste.
If possible, I'd like to eat it to finish off a drink, but unfortunately it's only open from 11:00 to 17:30 (until 16:00 on Saturdays) and is not open at night. .
