Rakuten
As someone who is mainly indebted to Rakuten Economic Zone through hometown tax payments, I can't miss the timing of Rakuten Super Sale and Shopping Marathon.
During Rakuten Super Sales and shopping marathons, you will earn double points (+1x) for every purchase of 1,000 yen or more at one shop, and if you purchase at 10 different shops, the points will increase up to 10x.
The eligible shops include local governments that are eligible for hometown tax donations, so I was increasing my point multiplier by purchasing hometown tax donations, which can basically be applied for from 1,000 yen.
However, since last year, the rules for hometown tax donations have been revised, and prices have increased due to soaring prices, so options for hometown tax donations, which can be applied for only 1,000 yen, are now quite limited.
Although it is not a hometown tax donation, there are products that can be purchased for just 1,000 yen, so lately I have been trying to purchase these items together.
There are many products sold for exactly ¥1,000, ranging from food to everyday goods, and when I found this one, I decided to give it a try.
Example: 1,000 yen 100 points return with 10x point multiplier

It's Ippudo that you can eat at home.
『Tenkaichippin』 at home somehow, so I have tried frozen food, cup noodles, and chilled versions. While the soup comes close, I do not think any of them reproduce the noodles well.

I was curious about how it would fare outside of Tenkaichippin, so I decided to purchase it this time.
The price is as I mentioned earlier, just 1,000 yen.
Although it is not delivered by hand like courier service, it will be mailed to a post, but shipping is free.
It comes with 6 bundles of dried noodles like this (the photo shows 2 bundles, so there are 3) and 4 bags of liquid soup.
By the way, there are the following types that also cost 1,000 yen.
- 4 meals of Shiromaru Ramen + 2 meals of extra eggs (what I purchased this time)
- 2 meals of Shiromaru ramen + 2 meals of Akamaru ramen
- 4 servings of Shiromaru Ramen using 50% Ramen
- 4 servings of Hakata Chinese soba (dried noodles) + 2 servings of extra noodles
- 4 meals of grilled ramen
- Miso Akamaru 4 servings
When I go to Ippudo, I always order Shiromaru Ramen, and it's the most filling and cost-effective.Ippudo Shiromaru Ramen 4 meals + 2 spare balls” was selected.
The price is the same for all of them, so I think it's a good idea to choose the one you like.
Cooking method
A sheet of paper with cooking instructions is attached, and in case you lose it, there is information on the product page.
Pour 450cc of water into a pot, and once it boils, add the noodles and boil for 1 minute 10 seconds to 30 seconds. Add the soup, stir, and transfer to a bowl.
Since it is a dried noodle, it must be cooked in a pot or over a fire, but since it is a simple cooking method similar to bag noodles, it is not that troublesome.
No toppings are included, so I just sprinkled some green onions.
Let's get it.
Soup
It's not exactly Ippudo, but you can see that it has a similar nuance.
This time, I followed the recipe and added 450cc of water, but I think the flavor of the tonkotsu and the sauce were a bit weak when drinking the soup alone.
It seems better to use a little less water, such as 400cc.
Noodles
This time, I tried cooking it for 1 minute and 10 seconds.
It has just the right amount of wheat, and when you take a bite, you'll think it's similar to Ippudo!
Kaedama
I'm going to take the opportunity to try a replacement ball as well.
I tried soaking the noodles in hot water for 1 minute and 30 seconds, but the wheat flavor faded and it took away from the Ippudo image.
It seems best to boil for a short time, about 1 minute to 1 minute and 10 seconds.
For the second cup, I arranged it by adding red ginger, mustard greens, wood ear fungus, sesame seeds, and pepper.
The arrangement was a failure. .
Ippudo's flavor is complete with the soup and noodles, so the addition of this arrangement disrupted this balance. .
Impressions
I felt that both the noodles and the soup were similar to Ippudo, but I would say the degree of reproduction is about 60-70%.
Considering that you can make it at home and the price, I think it's pretty good.
The flavor and balance is completed with just the noodles and soup, so I think it's best to add only green onions to the dish so as not to ruin it.
The recommended cooking method is to boil the noodles for 1 minute to 1 minute and 10 seconds and use 400cc of water.
I haven't been to an Ippudo store in a while. . This time I compared the taste with what I remember, but I would like to visit the store soon and update the taste.
By the way, there are 6 bundles of noodles and 4 bags of soup, but if you use Kaedama, you will use 2 bundles of noodles and 1 bag of soup in one meal, so if you do this 3 times, you will have 1 bag of soup left over.
At a later date, I will try out my beloved ``Marutai stick ramenWhen I tried using noodles from ``, I found that instead of the 3 minutes indicated on the label, I found that if I boiled them for a shorter time, about 2 minutes to 2 minutes and 30 seconds, the substitution worked.
If you have leftover soup, please use it.
The price per meal is a little higher than what we introduced this time, butRaw noodle type' Shiromaru Ramen and Akamaru Ramen are also on sale, so I would like to try these if I have a chance.
