Yakiton Sakaba Shimbashi Torahachi
Today I was drinking at a bar in Shinbashi.
After drinking, I want to finish off the meal, but I've recently become addicted to yakiton, so I thought I'd have one more before I finish.
So, ``Yakiton Sakaba Shimbashi Torahachi”.

The shop is located under the elevated railway line a little further towards Hamamatsucho Station from Shinbashi Station.
I visited on a Saturday around 21:00 and was able to enter the store without waiting.
Since I was alone, I was guided to a counter seat, but there were table seats as well as terrace seats as well.
Let's start drinking right away.
Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer)
First of all,Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer) (825 yen)” I ordered.
The only brand available is Super Dry, and the size is a large bottle.
I think it's a reasonable price since it's a large bottle.
Only the first drink can be ordered verbally, and subsequent orders can be made from your smartphone by scanning a QR code.
Nikusashi (Meat Sashimi)3-piece assortment
It looks like a speed menu.Nikusashi (Meat Sashimi)3 pieces (572 yen)” I ordered.
As expected, this was also provided immediately after Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer) was provided.
The content is ``Tan Kasira Hatsu”.
Serve with sesame oil or soy sauce, and seasonings include wasabi and raw garlic.
heart
It has a chewy texture and is also fatty, so it feels rich.
kashira
You can really feel the flavor of the meat.
Tan
It has a chewy texture and when you bite into it, you can feel the flavor of the fat and meat.
Out of these three, I preferred Tan.
Top tips
The skewer can choose between salt or sauce.
It's nice that you can order from your smartphone, so you can take your time in making your selections.
『Upper Nankotsu (198 yen)” I asked for two bottles with salt.
It has a crunchy texture and when you chew it, you can really feel the flavor.
In addition to the crunchy naankotsu, it also contains meaty parts like kashira, which are delicious.
The skewers themselves were served quickly, arriving in just over 5 minutes after arriving at Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer).
kashira
『Kashira (143 yen)” I also asked for salt.
It's juicy and you can really feel the flavor of the meat.
Shiro (Intestine)
『Shiro (143 yen)” I asked for two with sauce.
It has umami, fat, and some chewiness.
Teppo
『Teppo (143 yen)” I also asked for two with sauce.
It has a stronger fat and flavor than Shiro, and it gives the impression that it melts easily.
Impressions
I thought about having one more drink, but I ended up drinking a lot of whiskey at the bar, so that's it.
The bill was Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer) + Nikusashi (Meat Sashimi) + 7 skewers, totaling 2,508 yen.
I feel like I ordered too much Otsumami (Snacks), so I felt like the correct answer would be to either eliminate Nikusashi (Meat Sashimi) or reduce the number of skewers to keep the cost under 2,000 yen since the skewers are served quickly.
Although it is a chain store, I think the quality is enough to satisfy your craving for grilled meat.
The store is spacious and is open from 16:00 to 23:00 on Saturdays and Sundays, so I think it is valuable in Shinbashi, where there are only a few shops open on Saturdays and Sundays.
This time I ran away to a chain store, but someday I would like to visit Shinbashi on a weekday and try out the motsuyaki at an independent store.
