Butayama Tokyo Ramen Yokocho branch
『Ikebukuro Hirochan Ramen!Fill your stomach with ``, drink some whiskey at the bar, and then of course it's time to finish.

Today's ending has been decided in advance, and for a limited time only ``miso mountain” I was thinking of eating it.
『miso mountain” is a Jiro-inspired shop “Butayama” is a miso-flavored ramen offered for a limited time.
It is a limited-time menu during the winter season, which runs from about October to the following March every year.
Also in IkebukuroButayama Ikebukuro West Exit”, but when I looked in, there was a long line, so I had something to do anyway, so I moved to Tokyo Station and went to the usual “Butayama Tokyo Ramen Yokocho branch” I decided to visit.

It takes 25 minutes to get from Ikebukuro Station to Tokyo Station on the Yamanote Line, but it only takes about 15 minutes on the Marunouchi Line, so it's surprisingly close.
I visited around 17:30 and there were about 10 people waiting.
You can use Fastpass by paying +500 yen and can eat without waiting, but if you have around 10 people, you won't need to use it.
Komisoyama
This restaurant uses a meal ticket system, and you have to buy a meal ticket before standing in line.
In addition to cash, various types of electronic money and credit cards can be used at the ticket machine, which is a blessing for cashless people.
We had decided on the menu in advance, soKomisoyama (1,150 yen)”.
The turnover rate was good that day, and we were seated in about 10 minutes, so we made the right decision not to use FastPass.
As soon as I sat down, I was asked for a call. All better” I asked.
Let's get it then.
Yasai + Abura (Vegetables + Pork Back Fat)
『miso mountainHowever, the soup is the same as regular ramen, and just like Abura, miso sauce is poured on top of Yasai.
Miso sauce is good to eat with vegetables, or mixed with soup.
At first I ate it with Yasai, and it goes without saying that miso and Yasai go well together.
Yasai usually has a crunchy texture, but on this day it had a crunchy texture.
Personally, I'm a Kuta fan, but Shaki isn't bad either.
Soup
Next, I will dissolve it in soup and eat it, but the soup of Butayama itself is emulsified, but the miso sauce matches it well.
『When I ate it last year” had the impression that the miso sauce was floating, and the taste was similar to Sapporo Ichiban, but this year it blended well with the soup.

Although the expression is the same, it feels like a miso-flavored Jiro type.
Noodles
The noodles are extremely thick and the same as usual.
Although it is a central kitchen, it is amazing that it can supply all stores while maintaining this quality.
pig
The pork has a guinea-like texture, but the flavor of the maple leaves is not soaked in, and the flavor and fat of the pork comes through directly.
The soup is thickened by the miso sauce, so it might be better if it wasn't too salty.
Impressions
『miso mountain'It was delicious.
The soup and miso sauce matched well, and I think the quality was better than last year.
That said, I think it's enough to eat it once a year, so I'll see you next year.
The next limited time menu will start around April.Tsukemen (Dipping Noodles)”.
I plan to try it when it becomes available.
By the way, this was my 16th visit in total.
You can exchange it for a bowl with 50 store visit points (50 visits), and that is your goal.
There is still a long way to go, but I will continue to be patient.
