This time, we finally have a limited time menu “hiyashi chuka” I came here to eat.

At the ticket vending machine, without hesitation,Sho Hiyashi Chuka (Small Chilled Noodles) (1,150 yen)” and scan the QR code of the store visit point to connect to the queue.

This is my 13th visit to Butayama.

It's been 50 visits and I have a long way to go until I can exchange bowls, but I'm going to keep going.

I connected around 17:30, and at this point there were about 10 people in line.

I think it would be a quick turnaround at this rate, and I had just eaten sushi, and there was a book I wanted to read, so I decided to wait in line without using Fastpass.

I thought it would take about 15 minutes, but surprisingly it took about 30 minutes before we were seated and served our bowls around 6:00pm.

Sho Hiyashi Chuka (Small Chilled Noodles)

Cole is ``All better + that” I asked.

This day's thing is ``crunchy oil'It was.

Well, I'm talking about the chili oil you eat.

In addition, in the case of hiyashi chuka, when handing over the ticket, pleaseGarimayoYou will be asked if you have any.

Of course, Garimayo is ``Yes” I asked.

Yasai

When making hiyashi chuka, cut cabbage is added in addition to the usual bean sprouts and cabbage.

It's just cut cabbage with purple cabbage mixed in, like the ones sold at supermarkets and convenience stores.

Regular Yasai is crispy, and cut cabbage is also crispy, so I understand that you can enjoy the cucumber-like texture of typical hiyashi chuka.

It's made with gari mayo (mayonnaise) and vegetables, so it's healthy and feels like a salad.

Noodles

The noodles are thoroughly covered with ice before being served, giving them a firmer texture.

Of course, you can also feel the crunchy texture.

When I ate it last year, it had a crunchy texture and I honestly didn't think it was edible, but today's consistency was just right.

pig

It's a guinea pig, but I get the impression that I haven't fully immersed myself in Kaeshi.

Lately, I've been getting a lot of pigs like this, but this time it's dressed with gari mayo and sauce, giving it a lot of flavor, so I think it's fine.

Taste: Pepper

The second half almost tastes like mayonnaise, so you'll have to slow down with your chopsticks due to the richness.

Mayonnaise has a sour taste, so vinegar won't have the effect of refreshing the taste. .

In such cases, use table-top pepper.

Pepper on mayonnaise, pepper on ramen.

There's no way it wouldn't fit.

Impressions

I've only had Butayama's hiyashi chuka once last year, but the noodles were so hard that I didn't think it was edible. .

This is the reason why I have stayed away from eating hiyashi chuka, but the hardness this time is not bad.

It's not small, it's a level that could have been large.

It's delicious, but I think it's true that it's too curveball, so I think it's okay to eat it once a year.

Hiyashi Chuka, see you next year.
