It's normal to have to wait at least 20 minutes at this store, but since it was so close to Christmas, I was lucky enough to be able to get in without having to wait.
Although there was no wait, the inside of the store seemed to be relatively crowded at about 80% of the time.
The restaurant has counter seats and table seats.
My wife and I visited and were shown to a table due to availability.
The situation at the time of my last visit was ``here』。

Ordering and Payment
Payment methods: Self-checkout, cash, credit card, various electronic money, QR code
When you enter the store, you disinfect your hands, put on plastic gloves, and pick up a bowl.
Use gloves to remove as many of your favorite ingredients as you want from the refrigerated case.
Ingredients are packaged in small portions.
The default set includes 3 ingredients + vermicelli + soup for 925 yen.
From the 4th ingredient onwards, each item costs 150 yen.
After picking out your favorite ingredients, you verbally order the toppings such as cilantro (150 yen each), the spiciness of the soup (there is a charge depending on the spiciness), the arrangement of the soup (150 yen), and the type of noodles (some of them have a charge).
Malatang (Spicy Sichuan Hot Pot)
This time, I chose seven types of ingredients: wood ear mushroom, white wood ear mushroom, brown shimeji mushroom, mountain jellyfish, boiled egg, coriander, and lamb.
I changed the soup to Gokuyakuzen (150 yen), set the spiciness to 3 (very spicy), and ordered thin noodles for the vermicelli.
In addition to the default price of 925 yen, there are 4 additional ingredients and a soup change, so the total is 1,675 yen.
Well, it's about the same price as a good ramen shop.
If you add too many ingredients, it can cost 2,000 yen or more per cup, so add more in moderation. .
The rice bowl was ready in about 5 minutes.
Let's get it then.
During life
Before Maratan (Spicy Numbing Soup), use gasoline.Raw (605 yen)' has arrived.
When I drank it, I felt the iron-like taste of Super Dry, but what brand is it? .
I visited at the end of a drinking party, and I drank quite a bit, but it's still stained. .
Soup
Since I changed it to Gokuyakuzen, I can feel the full medicinal flavor.
Previously “Tamachi storeWhen I ate it at ``, it was so spicy that I found it hard to eat when I set it to spiciness level 3, but at this restaurant, it's only a little too spicy.

I think the Tamachi store is special. .
Vermicelli
The original ingredient in Japanese vermicelli soup has a chewy texture.
I've tried thick noodles before, but although they were more chewy, they were a bit hard to eat, so personally I think thin noodles are the best solution.
toppings
First up is the wood ear mushroom.
The crunchy texture is an accent.
Next is the white jellyfish.
The slightly crunchy texture is not as good as regular wood ear mushrooms, but because they have many folds, they mix well with the soup.
This is brown enoki.
I feel that the flavor is stronger than regular enoki.
Maybe it's just my imagination. .
It's a mountain jellyfish.
The crunchy texture is an accent.
Personally, I like things with a crunchy texture, so I tend to choose these kinds of ingredients.
It's a boiled egg.
I chose it for protein supplementation.
I think it's delicious.
I think the rum is a must topping.
Unless you hate it.
Impressions and Rating
Shippo Maratan (Spicy Numbing Soup) is a chain store that operates as a franchise, but the number of stores has increased rapidly over the past year or two due to the Maratan (Spicy Numbing Soup) boom, and recently, the flavor of each store has become more and more disparate.
Maratan (Spicy Numbing Soup) is booming, but fluctuations in flavor could put an end to the boom, so we would like to see it stabilized as much as possible. .
However, the Akasaka store is probably one of the earliest (probably) directly managed stores, so the taste is consistent no matter when you go there.
There is a disadvantage of having to wait in line, but if you go to Shippo Maratan (Spicy Numbing Soup) or another Maratan (Spicy Numbing Soup) shop and find something different, we recommend you to try this shop.
