『Miso” is a miso ramen shop whose main store is in Kyobashi.

Tokyo Style Miso Ramen [Do Miso] | Kyobashi, Chuo Ward
Tokyo Style Miso Ramen [Do Miso] in Kyobashi, Chuo Ward is a Miso Ramen specialty store with its main store in Kyobashi, Tokyo. The most popular ``Toku Miso Kotteri (Special Rich Miso Ramen) Ramen'' is enjoyed by many people regardless of the season.

It is a so-called Tokyo local chain store that has multiple stores mainly around Tokyo Station.

Toku Miso Kotteri (Special Rich Miso Ramen)

After purchasing a meal ticket, you will be guided inside the store.

I visited around 21:00, and since I was alone, I was guided to the counter without waiting.

In addition to cash, credit cards and various types of electronic money could be used at the ticket machine.

This time, “Toku Miso Kotteri (Special Rich Miso Ramen) (1,300 yen)” was selected.

The default “Misokotteri (1,000 yen)” does not have Chashu (Braised Pork) and Ajitama (Seasoned Egg).

『Toku Miso Kotteri (Special Rich Miso Ramen)”, 2 Chashu (Braised Pork) and Ajitama (Seasoned Egg) will be added.

By the way, you can add toppings for 100 yen each for Chashu (Braised Pork) and 150 yen for Ajitama (Seasoned Egg).

If you add toppings individually, the total cost is 350 yen, so ``Toku Miso Kotteri (Special Rich Miso Ramen)” You can save 50 yen.

The food arrived within 5 minutes after handing over the food ticket.

Let's get it then.

Soup

You can feel the richness of the back fat along with the flavor and richness of the miso.

But more importantly, what is it that makes it taste like sauce? . ?

The seaweed feel? Japanese pepper? Shichimi? Perhaps because of this, I felt a strong taste of the sauce, similar to eating takoyaki or okonomiyaki.

The vegetables were topped with bean sprouts and corn.

It is not the type that is stir-fried with the soup, but is added as a topping afterward, so the crunchy texture is an accent.

Personally, when it comes to miso ramen, I prefer vegetables that are stir-fried or absorb some of the soup.

Noodles

The noodles are made by Asakusa Kaikarou and are only sold to delicious restaurants.

The thick noodles have a chewy texture and are delicious.

Although they are almost straight noodles, they are coated with the fat of the soup and blend well with the soup.

Chashu (Braised Pork)

The flavor of the meat is strong.

You can feel its presence even in the richly flavored soup.

Since it is cold, warming it up in the soup will give it a thick texture.

Chashu (Braised Pork) will be more filling and satisfying if you add toppings.

Flavored egg

The yolk was half-cooked, which gave me the impression that it was normal.

My impression is that topping with Ajitama (Seasoned Egg) is not essential.

Then, the default ``Misokotteri” and topped with one or two pieces of Chashu (Braised Pork) may be the best solution.

Impressions

I was able to enjoy the rich miso ramen, but what bothered me was the sauce-like taste. .

I'm curious as to where the sauceiness comes from. .

Honestly, I think it's normal when you look at it as a ramen restaurant.

However, this is Toyosu, where there are few restaurants.

I think it ranks among the top ramen restaurants in Toyosu.

Also, when I saw it inside LaLaport Toyosu, I think it is a valuable restaurant where you can eat for around 1,000 yen.

There is also a ramen shop inside the food court, but the food court can be noisy, so I think this shop is useful as a place where you can eat a quick bowl of ramen in a bit of peace.

Furthermore, while the food court closes at 9:00 p.m., I think this store's last order is at 9:30 p.m., and it closes at 10:00 p.m., so it's worth it.

Please remember this when you visit Toyosu and LaLaport Toyosu.
