Jikaseimen Ito Ginza

Today I'm visiting Ginza.

Most of the people walking around the city are foreign tourists, and in addition to them are Japanese shoppers and tourists, so it's so crowded that you can't even get close to Ginza on holidays. .

However, there are some things that require me to come to Ginza. .

After finishing my errands, I hadn't eaten lunch, so I decided to head for lunch, even though it was around 5:00 pm and it was already dinner, not lunch.

In Ginza, you can expect to pay a certain amount for lunch, but there are other restaurants where you can eat for 1,000 to 2,000 yen.

One of them is “Jikaseimen Ito Ginza” I decided to visit.

自家製麺 伊藤 銀座店 (東銀座/ラーメン)
★★★☆☆3.70 ■予算(夜):¥1,000~¥1,999

There were no customers in the store. .

It's true that the store doesn't face the main street, and it's underground so it's hard to find, but I don't think this condition is good for a store in such a crowded Ginza. .

Personally, it's nice because I can eat slowly. .

Niku Soba Chumori (Medium Meat Soba)

You purchase food from the food ticket machine inside the store and hand it to the store staff.

『Chinese noodles: 750 yen' is the default menu, but it has a simple structure with only green onions as the topping.

If you want chashu,Meat soba: 900 yen” must be ordered.

Also, the default is small: 140g, which is quite small.

You can change the size to medium: 210g for +100 yen, or large: 280g for +200 yen.

This time, “Niku Soba Chumori (Medium Meat Soba): 1,000 yen” I ordered.

The food ticket machine only accepts cash, the menu structure is difficult to understand, and explanations are only in Japanese, so this may be why foreigners avoid this place. .

The rice bowl is served in about 5 minutes after handing over the ticket.

Let's get it then.

Soup

It has a golden color, but the dried sardines are more effective than it looks.

And it's a little salty.

Even if you add noodles to the middle, the amount of soup does not change, so it feels like there is very little soup.

『Extra soup: 100 yen”, so if you are interested, I think it would be a good idea to order this.

Noodles

The noodles are thin to medium thick and have a chewy texture.

The surface is rough, so it's a little difficult to slurp, but it mixes well with the soup.

Chashu (Braised Pork)

It is a guinea type as it looks.

It has a good balance of fat and lean meat and is delicious.

This was the right thing to do as a topping.

Impressions

The dried sardines have a strong effect, so some people may not like them, but personally, this is my favorite restaurant.

I think the overall quality is high, and the fact that you can eat this in Ginza for 1,000 yen is a great value.

Many shops that charge around 1,000 yen are closed on Sundays, but this one is also open on Sundays, and I'm really happy about the fact that they don't have a lunch break.

What I'm concerned about is the number of customers. .

While we were eating, only one group of Japanese customers came over, but I was a little worried about seeing so many people in Ginza around 5:00 pm. .

Although there are many elements that may be disliked by foreigners. . It's a valuable store in Ginza, so I hope it continues for a long time. .
