Kamonnosuke

Today I am visiting Shintomi Town.

I only use this station when I have something to do near the lower part of Higashi Ginza, but on rare occasions I have something to do near Shintomicho Station.

Today is that rare day.

After successfully completing my errands, it was just before lunch time, so if I went somewhere else, lunch time would have passed and I would have become a lunch refugee.

So, I decided to eat in Shintomicho and then move on to my next destination.

Shintomicho is basically a residential and small-to-medium business district, so there aren't many options for lunch, but there are some good restaurants here and there.

This time, from among them,Kamonnosuke” was selected.

掃部介 (新富町/ラーメン)
★★★☆☆3.26 ■予算(夜):~¥999

By the way, ``Kamonnosuke” It seems to read.

Personally, I don't think I can read it at first glance, but maybe it's just my lack of knowledge. . ?

The name of the restaurant might give you an image of a Japanese restaurant, but it is actually a ramen restaurant.

The shop is located in a back alley, but there is a ramen flag at the corner where you enter the alley, so if you follow that as a landmark, you can find the shop.

Well, since it's on the ground, I think you can get there without any problems if you use Google Mapss.

I entered the store around 13:30, and the store was more than half full with people working nearby.

Ramen

Orders are made orally.

Since it was the last minute for lunch, I was told that the Gohan (Rice) menu items were sold out.

I originally thought it was just ramen, so it wasn't a problem.

This time we will introduce the most orthodox “Ramen (750 yen)” I asked.

The basic menu is mainly ramen with various toppings, ``Spicy miso ramen (850 yen)” and “Tsukemen (800 yen)” etc.

Alcohol is not on the menu such as Otsumami (Snacks) menu such as Gyoza (Dumplings) and Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer) that are often found in ramen restaurants, so it is a restaurant where the main focus is on ramen.

It seems that it is open in the evenings, but it is only open from 17:30 to 21:00, so I think it closes a little earlier if you want to finish off your drink.

With that in mind, the rice bowl arrived within 5 minutes of ordering.

Let's get it then.

Soup

A soup that tastes like pork and seafood.

It tasted like soy sauce, but I could feel the flavor of red miso in the aftertaste.

I think you can feel the nuances as if you were drinking red soup stock.

Noodles

The noodles are medium thick and slightly wavy.

It has a chewy texture with a smooth texture.

The noodles reminded me of Kitakata, Sano, and Shirakawa ramen, and I personally liked them a lot.

Chashu (Braised Pork)

It's 750 yen, but it comes with 3 pieces of chashu.

The meat part was a loose part, and the texture was quite chewy, but since there was a lot of fat, I didn't feel it was that dry overall.

If this isCharshu men (950 yen)It seems like it would be a good idea to do that.

Impressions

Payment will be made after the meal.

Please note that the only payment method is cash.

It's surprising that you can eat ramen for 750 yen in an area that can almost be called Ginza.

I thought the soy sauce ramen with the flavor of miso was interesting.

Of course I mean that in a good way.

It was a satisfying lunch with a classic, Japanese feel, and a delicious cup.

The store is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, so I think it's basically a store for people who work nearby.

Personally, I rarely visit Shintomi-cho, and it becomes even more rare when it happens on weekdays, so I wonder when I can visit next time. . That's what it feels like.

It tastes good, so I think it's rare to find it in Shintomicho, but please keep it in mind when you have lunch in Shintomicho on weekdays.
