This is a family-run ramen shop run by the owner who is from a royal family.
The restaurant will be temporarily closed from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm to adjust the soup, so please be careful if you visit in the afternoon.
On this day, I visited the store right after it temporarily closed at 3:30 p.m., and managed to get in on the first round.
As we were eating, there was a line of about 5 people, so it seems better to be prepared for a certain amount of waiting time.
Ordering and Payment
Payment method: cash only
Ramen + Ajitama (Seasoned Egg) + Rice
This time, “Ramen (950 yen)』、『Flavored egg (150 yen)』、『Half egg mawashi (250 yen)” I ordered.
Your preference is ``Hard” I asked.
So let's have it.
Soup
Let's start with the soup.
You can really feel the pork bones.
It has the flavor of chicken, and the Kaeshi has a mild impression.
This soup has the punch of pork.
I get the impression that it's more of a type of pork that enjoys the flavor of the pork bones, rather than being eaten with a crunch.
Although it is rich, it is not overpowering with salt, making it a well-balanced family-style soup.
It has the strength of a royal family, but is also easy to eat.
Noodles
Although I ordered the noodles to be firm, they were relatively soft compared to the firm noodles at other restaurants.
It has a chewy texture.
Personally, I've recently started to feel that it's more normal or a little softer than firm, so this is a good thing.
The noodles blended well with the soup and were easy to eat.
Chashu (Braised Pork)
The chashu has a moderate smoky taste.
Lately, I've started to dislike char siu with its strong smokiness, but this has a moderate aroma.
I'm glad it's not too strong.
The meat has a good flavor and goes well with the soup.
The char siu is typical of Iekei ramen, and is highly satisfying.
Flavored egg
『Flavored egg (150 yen)”.
This is normal.
Not bad.
However, when asked if flavored eggs are a must for Iekei ramen, I get the impression that it's whatever you like.
Han Tamago Mabushi (Half Egg Rice)
Since it is a great opportunity,Half egg mawashi (250 yen)” I ordered.
Iekei ramen comes with rice after all.
You can eat it by wrapping it in seaweed soaked in soup, or you can customize it with table seasonings.
The cooks come from a royal family, so their specialty is infinite garlic and mayonnaise.
This combination is dangerous.
The punch of garlic and the richness of mayonnaise.
If you mix it with family soup, there's no way it wouldn't be delicious.
I'm supposed to be here for ramen, but I'm pretty satisfied with the rice.
Impressions and Rating
I visited "Ie-kei Ramen Cook-la” I visited.
It was delicious.
The soup had a rich flavor with a hint of pork bone, and the kaeshi had a mild impression.
And rice with infinite garlic and mayonnaise.
This is terrible.
I think the joy of Iekei Ramen lies not only in the ramen itself, but also in the customization of the rice.
Personally, I might like it more than the direct line if rice-related items are included.
There is also ``Ramen Jiro Sagami-Ono'' in Sagami-Ono, but I think Cook's is a pretty good option if you feel like eating Iekei.

Also, if you have something to do in the Sagami-Ono area, this is the store you want to visit.
