For early morning flights, the security checkpoint was sometimes crowded, so I arrived early.
However, today, five minutes after arriving at the airport, I passed through the security checkpoint and the lounge was empty enough for me to drink beer.
As I was doing this, it was time for my appearance, so I headed to the gate, boarded the plane, and departed.
Itami Airport
It takes about an hour to arrive at Itami Airport from Haneda Airport.
By riding the escalator on the right side, you will feel that you have come to the Kansai area.
From Itami Airport, you can take an express bus and travel further.
Kyoto Station
You can arrive at Kyoto Station in about 50 minutes by express bus from Itami Airport.
Since I was an early riser, I fell asleep on the bus and arrived in no time.
Honke Daiichi Asahi Main Store

Although I drank beer in the lounge, I didn't eat breakfast, so I decided to walk 10 minutes from the Hachijo West Exit of Kyoto Station (the less famous one, or rather, the one without Kyoto Tower).

One of my personal favorite novels and anime is “Four tatami myth series” is there.
Tadasu no Mori and Shimogamo Shrine often appear in the four-tatami myth series, so I was curious about them, so I visited them.
I've been re-watching the novels and anime for this reason.
However, due to time constraints, I was unable to make a pilgrimage to the holy places.
Shimogamo Shrine is a common name, and its official name is Kamo Mizu Shrine.

There were many Japanese people at Shimogamo Shrine, but there were almost no foreigners.
If you go by bus, you can get off at the Shimogamo Jinja-mae bus stop and take a shortcut to the main shrine without having to walk through Tadasu no Mori.
If you want to walk through Tadasu no Mori, we recommend getting off at the Shin-Aoibashi bus stop.

After visiting Shimogamo Shrine, move to Ichijoji Station.

I've been a fan of Tenichi ever since I was shocked by its richness when I was in college, and my dream of visiting the main store someday has come true.
Sanga Stadium by KYOCERA (away Kyoto match)
After eating, we will return to Kyoto Station and head for Kameoka Station on the JR Sagano Line.
The main purpose of my visit to Kyoto was to watch Albirex Niigata's away match against Kyoto.
The venue, Kyoto Sanga Stadium by KYOCERA, is a new stadium dedicated to ball games that opened in 2020.
Kyoto Station ⇔ Kameoka Station takes about 20 minutes by rapid train and about 30 minutes by local train, and there are quite a number of trains, so access is quite good.
It is also in a great location, allowing you to enter the stadium in less than 5 minutes on foot from Kameoka Station.
A dedicated stadium is closer to the players and easier to see.
Niigata is also considering rebuilding the current Niigata City Athletics Stadium into a stadium exclusively for ball games, and I would love to see that happen.
As for the result of the match, we won 1-0.
It was a happy away win after we had not won in the last five games.
Togetsukyo Bridge
After the match, we will take a train from Kameoka Station to Kyoto Station.
Because there are so many trains, the trains were so crowded that you couldn't even get a seat, but it didn't seem like they were crammed together.
Get off at Saga-Arashiyama Station to go to your next destination.
I visited Togetsukyo Bridge because it was on my way there.
As it is a popular tourist spot, the surrounding area was quite crowded.
You can cross Togetsukyo Bridge by car. .
Although it looked like wood, the road surface was normally asphalt. .
It felt like it had been magically remodeled, which was a shame. .
I arrived at Hankyu Arashiyama Station, so I will only take the train for one stop.
Umemiya Taisha Shrine
Get off at Matsuo Taisha Station, which is one stop away from Arashiyama Station.
A shrine dedicated to the god of alcohol is called a sake god shrine.
Furthermore, as one of Japan's three major sake shrines,Omiwa Shrine (Nara Prefecture)）』、『Umemiya Taisha Shrine (Kyoto Prefecture)』、『Matsuo Taisha (Kyoto Prefecture)” can be mentioned.
There is not only Matsuo Taisha but also Umemiya Taisha near Matsuo Taisha Station, so we will aim for Umemiya Taisha first.
It is about a 10 minute walk from Matsuo Taisha Station.
The shrine garden was closed after business hours, so I only went to worship.
Matsuo Taisha Shrine
Next, we will return to Matsuo Taisha Station and aim for Matsuo Taisha.
Matsuo Taisha Shrine is located right in front of the station.
There is also a garden and sake museum, but they were closed after business hours, so I only visited the shrine.
I visited two of Japan's three major sake shrines, Umemiya Taisha and Matsuo Taisha.
Both are close to each other, so if you're in the area, we recommend visiting both.
Also, I would like to find the right time to visit Omiwa Shrine.
Hankyu Sannomiya Station
After visiting the shrine, we will move from Matsuo Taisha Station to Kobe Sannomiya.
The journey took about 1 hour and 15 minutes, but the train was quite crowded and I had to stand for a long time, which was tough. .
This is my first visit in about a year since I participated in Whiskey Harbor Kobe last year.
