最近マロリーポークステーキがSNSなどで話題となっているため、どのお店も混雑している印象です。
ですが、六本木店は六本木駅ではなくオフィスの多い六本木一丁目駅が最寄り駅なためか、比較的スムーズに入店することができます。

基本メニューはポークステーキで、そこにライス・スープかサラダ・ライス・スープを付けるかどうかです。

I don't get the impression that it's strangely sticky or that it cooks unevenly.
The soup gives the impression of being a consommé soup.
It contains more cabbage than I expected.
I'm glad that you can get a second helping of both.
高尾山（270g）
A thick pork steak has arrived.
The number of grams can be selected from 200g, 270g, 350g, 450g, 700g, and 1000g.
If you are a small eater, please choose 200g, and if you are a big eater, please choose the gram of your choice.
The inside is pink, but it's cooked at a low temperature, so it's cooked through without any problems.
It is served grilled, so you can enjoy the crispy texture on the outside and the juicy texture on the inside.
It's delicious and you can really taste the pork meat.
However, although the meat was soft overall, some parts of the meat, such as the red meat, seemed hard.
前回は450gの富士山を選択しましたが、単純に量が多いと食べる時間がかかると冷めて硬くなったり脂が目立ってきます。
その反省を活かしてツーランクダウンの270gを選択しましたが、温かいうちかつ脂も楽しむことができましたので、作戦通りといった印象です。

The sauce is onion sauce, and personally I think the most delicious way to eat it is to eat it with this.

Mallory pork steak was delicious.
豚肉ではありますが、これだけのサイズの肉をがっつりと食べられるのは食べ応えと達成感や爽快感がありますね。
自分が食べられる量のワンランク・ツーランク下げる作戦が功を奏して、最後まで美味しく食べることができました。
次回はお酒を飲めるタイミングに訪れてせんべろを楽しんでみたいと思います。
