The new location is Oji, Kita Ward, and is scheduled to reopen in mid-March 2024.
Ikebukuro has several famous whiskey bars.
Also, there are many liquor stores in Ikebukuro that have a good selection of whiskey.
There is a famous Tanakaya in Mejiro, one station away from Ikebukuro on the Yamanote Line, and a famous liquor store in Itabashi, one stop away on the Saikyo Line, so if you go a little further, you can enjoy a quite fulfilling liquor store tour.
For this reason, I often go to a bar for a quick drink after visiting a liquor store, or go to a liquor store and buy a bottle of whiskey that I enjoyed at the bar.
Of course, it's human nature to want to eat something after drinking.
Ikebukuro has many restaurants, including ramen shops, so you won't have any trouble finishing your meal.
It's a problem because there are so many that it's hard to decide which one to use. .
Among these many restaurants, the one that I personally often use for closing is 'Rasho Marumya Ikebukuro”.

It's the so-called rasho type.
Rasho is a ramen shop that operates nationwide as a franchise.
The inspiration type of this rasho is the rasho type.
It's the same feeling as Ramen Jiro, Jiro-kei, and Jiro Inspire.
Rasho-Rasho type ramen is characterized by its strong flavor of soy sauce and pork bones, and is sometimes called Tokyo tonkotsu ramen.
When it comes to soy sauce and pork bones, Jiro and Iekei fall under this category, but Rasho and Rasho are on a different route.
Also, this “Rasho Marumya Ikebukuro” is part of the Soranoiro series.
Soranoiro has become famous for its veggie soba, and now has a store on Ramen Street in Tokyo Station, and last year,Iekei Ramen Innovator TOKYOIs it famous for opening Iekei Ramen called ``Iekei Ramen'' on Ramen Street near Tokyo Station?

Without further ado, I visited around 8pm on a weekday.
As in the introduction, there was a whiskey that caught my eye, so I stopped by a liquor store and bar to have a drink.
I was able to enter the store without waiting.
Although it is a meal ticket system, the ticket vending machine accepts Suica, which is a big plus for me as an electronic money fan.
First up is Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer).
The fact that it's called Akahoshi is a big plus.
Up until now, I had been drinking a few glasses of whiskey straight, but when I drink whiskey at a bar, I concentrate on picking up the aroma and taste.
When you drink beer with a meal, you don't have to think about it, you just think it's delicious, and you enjoy the taste of it as it goes down your throat, so it has a different kind of goodness.
Instead of Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer), they also have draft beer and sour beer, and they also have Otsumami (Snacks), so you can drink it here.
After waiting for about 5 minutes while drinking beer, the ramen arrived.
I ordered ``Negi Chashu Men (Green Onion Chashu Noodles) Medium”.
When you think of rasho, you think of green onions and chashu.
So, my rule is to order green onion char siu when I visit a restaurant.
I accept the objection.
There is also a family-style ramen-like system where you can adjust the intensity of the flavor, the hardness of the noodles, and the amount of oil.
When you hand over your meal ticket, the staff will ask you about your preferences, so let them know your preference.
This time, “Strong flavor, hard noodles, lots of oil” I used it as a three-stage early death technique.
Although it is expensive, you can adjust the amount of noodles in 0.5 noodle increments such as 1 regular noodle, 1.5 medium noodle, or 2 large noodle.
This time I set it to 1.5 balls.
The noodles are thin to medium thick and slightly curly.
The noodles were as hard as I ordered, with a little bit of core left in the center, just the way I like them boiled.
The soup has a rich soy sauce and pork bone flavor, and the solid back fat gives it a mellow taste.
Ingredients are chashu, green onion, menma, and wakame.
Char siu is a type of meat that tastes delicious when eaten as is.
If you soak it in soup and warm it up, it will have a guinea-like texture, and since there are 4 pieces, it is recommended to enjoy the variety.
Green onions can be eaten as a snack, mixed with noodles, or luxuriously eaten with chashu.
That means it's versatile.
Serve menma and wakame as snacks.
There are also garlic and mustard greens on the table, so you can enjoy different flavors.
Thank you for the meal, I was almost finished drinking it.
I've said a lot so far, but the truth is, I've never eaten rasho itself. .
Rasho is often located on the roadside, and as a paper driver who doesn't have a private car, the hurdles to visit are extremely high. .
I would like to rent a car and visit there next time, or if I happen to see it while traveling somewhere, I would like to visit it.
