I recommend the menu using scallops.

We also have regular Chinese noodles, tsukemen, alcoholic and Otsumami (Snacks) menus.

Rich scallop soba+Omori (Large Portion)

This time, according to the rule on the top left of the ticket machine,Rich scallop soba (960 yen)” was selected.

During lunch time, from 11:00 to 15:00, you can choose between medium-sized noodles and Omori (Large Portion) for free.

It was a last minute visit during lunch time, but they kindly accommodated me.

I took the opportunity to order it at Omori (Large Portion).

The amount of noodles is medium: 200g, medium: 250g, and large: 300g.

Of course, since it is not boiled, it will be 1.2 to 1.5 times the size once boiled, so order as much as you can eat.

The rice bowl was served in about 5 minutes after handing over the ticket.

Let's get it then.

Soup

The first impression is that it tastes like scallops.

Next, I get the impression that it is a potage of chicken and vegetables.

It gives the impression that scallops are added to chicken broth.

Regardless of whether it's for people who don't like shellfish, I have the impression that even those people can eat it.

On the other hand, I thought that the main dish was shellfish soup, but there was also a strong emphasis on chicken and vegetables, so if you are expecting shellfish soup, I think you need to be aware that it is a bit unsatisfying, or rather, go in a different direction.

It contains chopped onions, but it goes well with the chicken broth, so it's a nice texture addition.

Noodles

Medium thick straight noodles.

Contains whole wheat flour, so you can really feel the flavor of wheat.

It blends well with the soup, and the noodles themselves have a strong flavor, so they still stand out.

The texture is chewy and satisfying.

300g of noodles was quite filling.

I think you'll be quite satisfied with the average 200g, so please be careful if you're trying to get a medium-sized portion or Omori (Large Portion).

Chashu (Braised Pork)

The parts are roses.

Although it is quite greasy, the greasiness is nicely removed by searing it.

However, it feels a little gassy, probably because it is grilled too much right beforehand.

Radish

It originally contains chopped onions, but what are those big onions?! They're onions and they're not transparent. . When I tried eating it, it turned out to be a radish.

The radish has a slightly pungent taste, but it's okay because it refreshes your mouth and allows you to taste the scallop flavor of the soup again.

Menma

It has a strong texture and you can definitely feel its presence.

Impressions and Rating

Noodle VoiceIt was delicious.

Although I could taste the scallops, the soup wasn't full of scallops, and I could taste the chicken and vegetables as well.

The noodles are chewy and filling, and it's a blessing that medium and large servings are free at lunchtime.

We are also grateful for the fact that we are open throughout the day.

This restaurant is recommended when you want to eat delicious and large quantities.
