Kiba has “Menya Rurikakesu” I visited.
The situation at the time of my last visit was ``here』

This was my fourth visit.
Even when I visited nearby recently, I was hesitant to enter the store because there was a long line.
While I'm happy that the restaurant is becoming popular, I do feel sad that there's a long line and it's difficult to get to the restaurant.
It was a bit of a late lunch that day, and there was no line at around 2:00 pm, so I decided to visit.
Ordering and Payment
Payment method: cash only
Special salt 1,600 yen
This time it's been a while, soTokusei Shio Soba (Special Salt Ramen) (1,600 yen)” I ordered.
You can choose between thin noodles or hand-rolled noodles.
This time, “Hand-rolled noodles” was selected.
『Last time'When I received it, Tokusei Shio Soba (Special Salt Ramen) was 1,550 yen, so the price had been increased by 50 yen.

So let's have it.
Soup
First, let's start with the soup.
It has a complex flavor with flavors of chicken, shellfish, and kelp.
It's salt ramen, but it's not just light, it has a solid layer of flavor.
It's still delicious.
It's not too strong, not too weak, but it's a memorable soup.
Noodles
The noodles are hand-rolled and have a firm texture and the flavor of wheat.
It also goes well with soup.
Thin noodles are delicious, but personally, I like the satisfying feeling of hand-rolled noodles.
Chashu (Braised Pork)
There are 4 types of chashu.
It's special and luxurious.
The first one is a low temperature cooking type that seems to be a loin.
You can feel the flavor of the meat and fat.
It's moist and has a flavor that doesn't interfere with the soup.
The second one has a fleshy feel to it.
It has a firm texture and makes you feel like you are eating meat.
The soup is delicate, so adding this kind of meaty pork fillet will make it more satisfying.
The third photo appears to be a rose.
Although it has the flavor of fat, it is not persistent.
It is a good accent among the special salts.
I can't determine the part of the fourth piece, but it has a good balance of meat and fat.
You can really feel the fat.
Kaeshi is also effective, and it doesn't feel like it's being pushed just by the weight of the fat.
The variety of char siu around here is worth making special.
Wonton
It's wonton.
The skin is smooth.
The filling has a firm meaty texture.
At other restaurants, the skin has a strong presence, making it a little like boiled gyoza, but at this restaurant, it tastes like wonton and is delicious.
When eaten with soup, the smooth texture of the skin and the meaty texture of the filling are great.
chicken dumplings
It's chicken dumplings.
It has a ginger flavor and a salty taste.
It's a nice accent in the soup.
It is a meat-based topping that is different from chashu or wonton.
If you make it special, it has a lot of ingredients, so you won't get tired of it as you eat it.
Flavored egg
It's a flavored egg.
The egg yolk is thick.
This is a must topping.
The taste balls are very satisfying.
I would be happy if it was included in the special edition, and I would even like to have it as a standalone item.
Impressions and Rating
『Menya Rurikakesu” and “special salt” I received it.
It was delicious as always.
It consists of a soup with the flavors of chicken, shellfish, and kelp, hand-rolled noodles, four types of char siu, wontons, chicken dumplings, and seasoned eggs.
It seemed to be a special dish and had a lot of ingredients, so I was able to enjoy eating it till the end.
The price has increased by 50 yen since last time, and the special salt is now 1,600 yen, but considering the contents, I think it's still a good value for money.
If you want to eat delicious ramen around Kiba, this is a restaurant that will continue to be your choice.
I would like to visit again.
