Today I am visiting Chichibu in Saitama Prefecture.

Speaking of Chichibu, it is a famous store.
The store is easily accessible, being about a 3-minute walk from Seibu Chichibu Station.
It was a weekday, so I took some time to spare and took photos around Seibu Chichibu Station after arriving at Seibu Chichibu Station, thinking it wouldn't be so crowded.
I arrived around the same time as the store opened at 11:00, and at this stage there was a line of about 20 people. .
I purchased a meal ticket from the ticket machine inside the store, but it seemed like there was a traffic jam at that time, so the store staff encouraged me to enter the store several times.
Unfortunately, the restaurant was full just before I was there, so I was given a second round.
The turnover rate was good, so I entered the store around 11:20.

There was sansho and cayenne pepper on the table, and I tried the sansho.
The refreshing taste of sansho pepper adds to the speed of eating.
Gohan (Rice)
The rice was fluffy and well-cooked.
The pork was delicious and the rice disappeared quickly, so if you're planning on having lunch at one restaurant rather than walking around, a large portion might be a good idea for men.
Miso Shiru (Miso Soup)
It was quite piping hot.
Pickles
The good thing is that they also have pickles.

I learned why it is called a specialty and a famous restaurant because of the seasoning that goes well with rice.
The average and large portions are a mix of loin and ribs, and there are also loin-only and rib-only menus, so personally, I think I'll choose just the loin next time.
If you are in your 30s and your fat has become too thick, I think it would be a good idea to choose only loin from the beginning.
On the other hand, if you are in your 20s and want to eat lots of fat, I think only roses are good.
Please note that there is always a line even on weekdays.
If you don't have a lot of time and don't want to wait in line, it might be better to come early, like 10 minutes before 11:00.
This time, we arrived at 11:00, waited 20 minutes, and left around 11:35 after eating, but even then there were about 15 to 20 people in line. .
