Menu
The menu has an orthodox menu consisting of ramen, toppings, and drinks.
The ramen comes with soy sauce and salt, but the salt was sold out on that day as it was in limited quantity.
Wonton Shoyu Ramen (Soy Sauce Ramen with Wontons)+Ajitama (Seasoned Egg) child
This time, “Wonton Shoyu Ramen (Soy Sauce Ramen with Wontons) (1,720 yen)' to 'Ajitama (Seasoned Egg) child (250 yen)” was topped with.
The total was 1,970 yen.
After being seated, the rice bowl was served in just over 5 minutes.
Let's get it then.
Soup
The flavor of the chicken is strong, with a hint of pork and perhaps kelp, and the flavor and richness of the soy sauce.
Lately, I've been eating 2,000 yen class ramen one after another, and I can feel the presence of the similar dashi stock and the complex flavor of the soup.
Above all, I can feel the flavor and richness of soy sauce, not just salty, but also a mellow salty taste.
I've seen regular sliced green onions and gray-haired green onions, but this is the first time I've seen ramen with green onions on top.
And green onions are green onions, so they go well together.
Noodles
Thin noodle straight type.
It has a chewy and crisp texture, and when you chew it, you can feel the taste of wheat.
Chashu (Braised Pork)
The pork cut is loin, which is the old-fashioned type that is well-cooked.
It remains juicy without feeling dry.
However, I feel that rare char siu is better suited for this type of ramen.
Wonton
The dough has a chewy texture, and since it contains whole wheat flour, it has a strong wheat flavor.
The bean paste has a meaty texture, chives, and ginger, giving it an impression just like Gyoza (Dumplings).
The fabric is also thick, so the overall impression was that of water Gyoza (Dumplings).
Also, the part that was closed was not cooked properly and had a powdery feel to it.
Flavored egg
It's cooked so well that when you cut it open, the yolk flows out.
The flavor of the yolk is nice and strong, but I think it's up to you whether you want to pay 250 yen for toppings or not.
Impressions and Rating
Overall it was delicious.
Among the ramen that can be eaten inside the ticket gate, I think it's one of the best.
However, I think it's top class or top in terms of price. .
Personally, I think the noodles and soup were particularly good.
Wonton (420 yen) and Ajitama (Seasoned Egg) roe (250 yen) are not bad, but considering the price and the toppings, it's up to you.
"Only noodles and soup"Kakera noodles (1,050 yen)Personally, I think this is a good option next time.
Although the quantity is limited, they also have salt, so I would like to visit a little earlier next time.
