Special bonito kelp water soy sauce dipping noodles +Aedama (Seasoned Extra Noodles)

This time, “Special bonito kelp water soy sauce dipping noodles (1,750 yen)” and “Aedama (Seasoned Extra Noodles) (250 yen)” was selected.

By making it special, braised braised pork, Ajitama (Seasoned Egg), and wontons will be added.

Also, the Tsukesoba comes with three types of sauce by default, which is a great deal.

The bowl was served about 10 minutes after being seated.

The system is that the dike soba is served first, and Aedama (Seasoned Extra Noodles) asks for it at the timing of their choice.

Let's get it then.

Noodles

The noodles are thin to medium thick straight noodles.

First, let's enjoy the only noodles.

It tastes like wheat, but it gives the impression of Kikusui's Sapporo Nama Ramen, which is sold at the supermarket.

Bonito kelp water has a high viscosity, which is good, but the amount is overwhelmingly small. .

It's not so much that the noodles are submerged, but rather that they're slightly at the bottom.

And the biggest negative point for me personally is the lack of finishing.

It is lukewarm because it is filled with room temperature water.

It is at a level where you can feel the chewy texture of the noodles and feel uncomfortable.

seaweed salt

Please dip the seaweed salt on the table.

It will change dramatically.

You can feel both the umami of salted seaweed and the umami of wheat.

If only I could finish it off with cold water or ice water. .

Dipping soup ①: Soy sauce

The first dipping sauce is based on soy sauce and kelp, and contains green onions and early red.

The noodles soaked in bonito kelp water go well with the kelp dipping sauce.

Dipping soup ②: Dandan noodles

The second dipping sauce is dandan noodles, and since it's cold, you could call it chilled dandan noodles.

The chili oil and sesame seeds are really effective.

It's delicious, but I didn't come here to eat dandan noodles, or rather, the impact is too strong, so the other dipping sauces become hazy. .

Dipping soup ③: Plum okra

The third dipping sauce is plum okra.

There's a slight hint of plum in the mentsuyu base, but it's basically an okra flavor.

It also contains onions, so you can feel the texture of onions and okra, and it has a sour taste, so the dipping sauce itself is delicious, but I feel that it doesn't go well with the noodles.

braised braised meat

If you make it special, it will be topped with braised braised pork.

It has a lot of flavor and is soft and delicious, but it is small. .

Chashu (Braised Pork)

Char siu is rare.

You can feel the flavor and juiciness of the meat.

chicken char siu

It also contains chashu pork, which is chicken breast cooked at a low temperature.

It's delicious, but it's at the same level as if you made it in a low-temperature cooker at home.

Flavored egg

Ajitama (Seasoned Egg) is included, but only half of it is included.

Well, the taste is normal.

Wonton

The wontons have a smooth texture.

I like that it doesn't look like waterGyoza (Dumplings).

Aedama (Seasoned Extra Noodles)

After finishing my noodles, I asked for Aedama (Seasoned Extra Noodles).

The noodles are thin and slightly curly.

The taste is more like Kikusui's Sapporo raw ramen.

I tried eating it with dipping sauce, but it only felt salty. .

Impressions and Rating

If you look at each of them individually, they give the impression of 65 to 70 points, and some have good compatibility with others, so the overall impression is that they are average or slightly negative.

It could have been better with just a few changes, such as not adding cold or iced water to the noodles. . That's my impression.

The point I would like to change the most is the heat inside the store.

Is your air conditioner broken? It was still good because it was hot in the store and I ordered cold food, but the people who ordered hot ramen were sweating. .

There are no other menu items that interest me, so I don't think I'll visit again.

Overall: ★★★★☆☆☆☆☆☆ (4)
Taste: ★★★★★☆☆☆☆☆ (5)
Cost performance: ★★★★★☆☆☆☆☆ (5)
Revisited: ★★★☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ (3)

  • It would have been different if the noodles were soaked in cold or ice water, but the texture was bad because the noodles were soaked in room temperature water.
