Menu
There are two standard menu choices: Chuka Soba (Chinese-Style Noodles) and Yamagata Spicy Miso Ramen.
Chuka Soba (Chinese-Style Noodles) is Kitakata Ramen Inspired, and as the name suggests, Yamagata Spicy Miso Ramen is a famous restaurant in Yamagata.dragon shanghai” is inspired by the spicy miso ramen.

There is also a chilled menu and a rice menu available only during the summer.
Chuka Soba (Chinese-Style Ramen)
Our store is located in the newly opened Toyosu Sail Park in Toyosu in July 2025.
This is my first time visiting Toyosu Sail Park, but I decided to stop by this shop while I was there.
This time, we will introduce the most standard ``Chuka Soba (Chinese-Style Noodles) (880 yen)” was selected.
When handing over the meal ticket, I asked for the noodles to be harder and richer (back fat).
The rice bowl is ready in less than 5 minutes after handing over the ticket.
Let's get it then.
Soup
It contains plenty of backfat, so you can really feel the flavor of the pork.
The soy sauce has a strong sharpness, and it has a cabbage taste similar to Kitakata ramen.
Soup is usually delicious.
Noodles
The noodles are medium thick noodles that are slightly curly.
It's not impossible to describe it as flat noodles, but I have the impression that it was more flat a few years ago, so I personally would describe it as medium-thick noodles.
Although it has a chewy texture and is cooked to a firm consistency as ordered. .
It's a shame that the noodles are cheap and taste like instant noodles. .
It is different from Kitakata ramen noodles.
Chashu (Braised Pork)
Is the part rose?
It has a slightly dry texture, and the taste is more like soy sauce than pork.
Shanto (House Chili Seasoning)
If you don't like spicy food, we recommend adding Shanto (House Chili Seasoning) on the table.
The spiciness, garlic, and aroma add to the junkiness.
Impressions and Rating
The soup is delicious.
I'll say it again because it's important, but the soup is Kitakata ramen-like and delicious.
When you add Shanto (House Chili Seasoning) on the table, it becomes even more delicious, so the soup is really delicious.
I said it three times. .
However, the noodles are disappointing. .
It's not Kitakata ramen-style, and it doesn't go well with the soup, but the impression is that it stands out as a standalone dish with subtlety.
When I first ate it a few years ago, I remember that the noodles were flat and chewy.
Both the noodles and soup were similar to Kitakata ramen and I had the impression that they were delicious, but over the past few years the noodles have changed and the style has diverged from my personal taste. .
We also conduct periodic observations every year or so.
I hope that someday the noodles will be improved. .
