Special salt ramen
This time, “Special salt ramen 1,600 yen” was selected.
I had soy sauce at the Ginza main store, so this time I chose salt.
The rice bowl is ready in about 5 minutes after ordering.
So let's have it.
Soup
Let's start with the soup.
The taste is centered around pork, with hints of kelp and bonito.
I got the impression that there was also chicken in it.
The base is light, but the flavor of the pork and backfat add a richness.
It's not a simple, one-sided thing, and it's not too heavy either.
Personally, it's just the right amount of seasoning.
The pink pepper is effective as an accent, but I personally think it's okay without it...
Noodles
The noodles are thin straight noodles.
I like this type of noodles, but every time I eat it, I can't help but feel like Marutai's stick ramen.
While it's my favorite type of noodles, it also feels like a familiar direction at home.
Chashu (Braised Pork)
The chashu is thinly sliced.
You can enjoy the thick texture.
Flavored egg
It's a flavored egg.
I got the impression that the taste was sweet.
Impressions and Rating
『Ramen GINZA TON BOX Roppongi store” and “Special salt ramen” I received it.
Overall, I think it's a delicious type of ramen.
The soup has a light soup base, but the pork and backfat add thickness, creating just the right balance.
However, personally, I had some concerns from a slightly unique perspective.
Recently, I made a ramen soup at home using dried foods as a base and mixed it with broth from boiled pork, and I felt that the taste was quite similar to the soup I made this time.
Furthermore, the noodles are of a type that I personally associate with Marutai's stick ramen.
When I think about it, I feel like I can make similar flavors at home, and I'm a little concerned about the cost performance for the 1,600 yen price.
Of course, I don't know how many people make ramen from soup at home.
I am aware that I am an overwhelming minority, so this is my impression from someone who is such a rare person.
