I visited on a Sunday around 2:30 p.m., but even though it's Sunday, it's not just any Sunday.

Thursday is Labor Thanksgiving Day, and Friday is a weekday, but if I use my paid leave, it would be a four-day weekend with Saturday and Sunday.

Therefore, Tokyo Station was quite crowded with people who seemed to be traveling.

I expected it to be crowded, so I planned to move the lunch time, but there was still a line of about 10 people.

Families with children are also eating there, so the line moves slowly.

I don't think it's a bad idea to bring your family to Jiro, but I think it's best to avoid it.

However, this is a Jiro style/inspired store.

It's tolerant of families and children (I think).

This time's choice is ``Dai Ramen (Large Ramen)+Misoyama (Miso Ramen)”.

『miso mountain” is a winter-only topping menu, and by topping it with this, it becomes a miso-flavored Jiro style.

How about miso flavored Jiro?

The rice bowl arrives about 20 minutes after you start lining up.

Cole is ``All better』。

First, let's start with the soup.

My first impression was ``It's like Sapporo's best miso'It was.

I don't mean that it's instant-ish, but I want it to be taken as a positive compliment that the miso is effective.

Miso sauce is sprinkled on top of the vegetable.

The miso flavor of the sauce and the flavor of the pork in the abura are a perfect match, and you can enjoy the vegetables as a salad with the abura sauce.

I usually eat the yasai by dipping it into the soup in the second half, but it was so delicious that I ate almost all of it in the beginning.

I feel like today's cabbage ratio was the highest among all the Jiro, Jiro-type, and Inspire dishes I've eaten in the past.

I guess I felt that way because I went to Ikebukuro Jiro a few days ago and ate some 100% bean sprouts. No, it wasn't an illusion, it was a lot.

Of course, having a lot of cabbage is a good thing.

It brings out the sweetness of cabbage, and the cost of cabbage is higher.

The noodles have a nice texture.

I was relieved that last time it was just a downward shake, as last time it was a little weird.

If it wasn't good this time, I wouldn't have gone in the future, but I will continue to use your service in the future.

The pork was lean with a little texture.

I've been to Butayama several times, but it's always the guinea type that has fatty meat, so this may be the first time I've had the Gyuchi type.

We have entered the second half of the game.

Since I ate the Yasai first, the noodles had a little bit of soup in them and it started to feel like a food fight.

I will try melting garlic and eating it as a taste change.

I feel that the compatibility between Misoyama (Miso Ramen) and garlic is △ because the miso feeling disappears due to the power of garlic.

If you want to eat Misoyama (Miso Ramen), I felt that the correct way to eat it would be to enjoy a small ramen with Yasai Aburamashimashi without garlic and abura sauce salad.

The quality of the product was higher than I expected, but I feel like I should be able to eat Misoyama (Miso Ramen) once a year, just like I want to eat Iekei's salty flavor once a year.

It's not that it's bad, but the soy sauce is so perfect that I don't think there's any need to arrange it in a weird way.

Thank you for the meal.
