Shinchan Ramen
『Shinjuku HarutayaAfter drinking at ``, I wanted to go to another place for lunch. .

It's almost time for the whiskey seminar, so let's finish it up.
So, I'm personally addicted to ``Chan-kei” Ramen shop's ``Shinchan Ramen” I visited.

I visited around 16:00 on a weekday, so I was able to enter the store without waiting, but the store was nearly 70% full.
It's a popular restaurant, so even on weekdays, there's bound to be a long line during lunch/dinner hours and holidays.
If you don't like waiting in line, we recommend visiting at a time when it's neither lunch nor dinner.
Chuka Soba (Chinese-Style Ramen)
There is a ticket system, and you purchase your food at the ticket machine outside the store before entering the store.
Fortunately, you can use not only cash, but also credit cards, various QR codes, and electronic money at the food ticket machine.
When visiting a store for the first time, the most orthodox ``Chuka Soba (Chinese-Style Ramen)”, so as always, select “Chinese noodles (950 yen)” was selected.
『Chan-kei' to 'Meshi” is a must-have, but you can order it for free at this store.
Other 'Chan-keiAt this restaurant, you take a ticket and hand it over, or you order verbally, but at this restaurant, you issue a ticket with a ticket machine and place your order.
The meal was served within 5 minutes after handing over the ticket.
Let's get it then.
Soup
I could really feel the richness of the pork and the richness of the soy sauce.
I prefer Chan-type soups with strong soy sauce, so this was exactly the soup I like.
There is also a solid layer of fat, making it richer than it looks and filling.
Noodles
These are the usual flat noodles from Daruma Seimen.
The doneness of the boiling was perfect, or rather, it was done without compromising the smooth and chewy texture.
Chashu (Braised Pork)
It had the flavor of meat, but had a melt-in-the-mouth texture.
The volume is so large that other restaurants would call it chashu noodles.
Meshi
Due to seating constraints, the meal arrived late.
There was no unevenness in the cooking, but it seemed quite soft.
Personally, I like the heat to be hard, but for someone who likes hard, it was so soft that it could be called sticky.
Kappa (pickled cucumbers) is placed on the table, and you can have as much as you like.
Sorry for half-eaten. .
At the end, I like to add cooked green onions and soup over the rice.
Impressions
『Shinchan Ramen'It was delicious.
I liked that the soy sauce had a nice kick to the soup, and I could taste both the soy sauce and the richness of the pork.
『Chuka Soba (Chinese-Style Ramen)” was delicious, so next time I will try the Tsukemen (Dipping Noodles) style “Mori Chuka (Dipping Noodles)” I would like to visit again to try it.
『Chan-keiI think it's one of the most delicious restaurants in the area, so please remember it when you visit Shinjuku.
By the way, in Shinjuku there is ``Chan-kei” There are 4 stores, and this time “Shinchan Ramen” and conquered 4 stores.
After eating at all the stores, this is my preference, although I may be presumptuous. .
- Kotakibashi Kumachan Ramen
- Shinchan Ramen
- Ecchan ramen
- Nagichan ramen
I think that's the order.
『Kotakibashi Kumachan Ramen” I overwhelmingly liked the strong pork flavor and well-cooked noodles.

The runner-up is “Shinchan Ramen' and then 'Ecchan ramen” and “Nagichan ramen” and so on.

At these two stores, the flavor and richness of the pork and soy sauce in the soup is weak, and I feel that the taste is inferior to the other two stores.
However, because these two stores are located in Kabukicho, they are open (almost) 24 hours a day, so they have the advantage of being available for after-drinking drinks or as a morning snack.
Each restaurant has its own characteristics, such as taste, location, business hours, etc., so if you often visit Shinjuku and are a fan of ``Chan-kei'', we recommend that you sample and compare.
